This place makes my geeky little heart incredibly happy. Came for the coffee and pastries, stayed for the atmosphere (Skyrim inn music, anyone?), homemade polyhedral dice, and live D&D game running in the background. The staff was wonderfully friendly, the atmosphere was phenomenal, the food was perfect. Highly recommend the Muddy Dragon milkshake, I can't wait to get my claws on another!

For a magical, enchanting good time, come to Dragon's Forge. You can grab some friends, dress up and experience a nice tea time with snacks, or come and catch up with a friend. The ambiance is fun and the location in Lowe Mill adds a nice artistic touch. They are located on the 2nd floor and North side of the building.

Dragon's Forge is a neat little gem of a place in Huntsville. It's tucked away on the second floor of Lowe Mill, and the decor will transport you to a magical place. I've had everything from the coffee to the tea, from the sweets to a sandwich and salad, and I've never been disappointed. If you're looking for a place that is definitely NOT run of the mill, you absolutely must try Dragon's Forge. You'll be glad you did!

Great atmosphere but not a great selection of food. Plus my daughter is pescatarion and there wasn't anything she could eat. My sandwich was on plain white bread 🥪. For the price it could at least been on fancier bread 🍞. With the price being kinda high and the food not that great I don't really recommend this place UNLESS you want high tea. Then yes go here. They have a high tea ☕ service. But I haven't had this so I don't know how fancy it is.

Awesome. Did not know we had such original places like this in HSV. Very well themed. Feels like you are at Universal Studios or Disney.
And….. their coffee is pretty darn good too!

I've heard about this place so many times and I just had to try it. I love going to all the local coffeeshops around Madison and Huntsville and this one is definitely one of my new favorites. The drinks were excellent, I like to actually taste coffee in my drinks and they had a great balance of coffee flavor and sweetness. I tried one of their pastries which, while it was a little dry and underwhelming, wasn't enough to ruin my experience. The interior is decorated exactly how you might imagine. 100% fantasy aesthetic but it didn't feel meme-y and was surprisingly cozy. Definitely check them out, and I hope they become a fixture at Lowe Mill!

We absolutely loved our visit here! Update- * still a favorite spot to grab coffee and bring along a boardgame to play. We loved the Golden Latte iced or hot, and they added a sugar free peppermint option as well now.* Favorite drink included a vanilla sugar-free latte, and the kiddos really enjoyed the (very sugary ☺️) Christmas fudge. We spent a few hours here, sipping coffee, playing games and reading books with the kiddos. Hopefully they add more sugarfree or Paleo drink options to the options. We will be back!

I made a reservation for tea service for two. Sadly the service made us feel very unwelcome. The sandwiches were ok. Tea was fine and the pastries were good. Although no jam was included for the scones as the menu states. Atmosphere was cool. But our server seemed to “serve” against her will, even though there we very few other customer. Put a damper on a birthday celebration.

We visited here on Friday. This little coffee shop is incredible! My husband is a huge fan of D and D. This place checked off all the happy places in his imagination. Very classy tables and even a dragon. The drinks and treats all have a nerdy theme. Love love it. We will definitely have to stop in again the next time we are down in Alabama. 🙂

I love this place so much, but I'm giving it 4 stars because they got rid of the super comfy high back chairs that were by the fireplace
