Smells like heaven. Beautiful setting. Ordered online. Was waiting for us when we arrived. So fresh an delicious. Will be back in to try other things. Got assorted bagels 🥯

I took my eleven year old daughter down here on a Saturday morning to pick up breakfast for us and the wife (at home). There was a line at the door, but the line moved fast, the customers were polite and keeping a safe physical distance, the staff was friendly and helpful (meaning they spoke Starbuck's sizes, thankfully) and the coffee was great. I had the house blend with room for cream, and my daughter had the caramel macchiato (staff even corrected the nomenclature to disambiguate what my daughter requested versus what she wanted, thanks again!). The bagels were great, the cream chees was a little skimpy for a single (but we had some extra at home) and we will definitely be back. For what it is worth, I love going downtown, and I am glad there is a new place to go; the dog park is walking distance and I might take a coffee there next time I go.

Incredible carbs, delicious coffee and a staff whose kindness shines in everything they do.

I first started going to CB around April of last year, right as the pandemic was starting. It didn’t take long for it to become a routine for me. As good as the carbs are though (put me into a coma with Q-Becco’s) and as tasty as the coffee is (I’ll take a drip bag of Salted Caramel Latte, please and thanks) the thing that’s kept me coming back is ultimately the people.

Every member of the CB crew is so incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They’re genuinely lovely people who put time and thought into what they do and ensure every person who walks through the door is treated with respect.

These people are amazing and it shows in what they provide.

I love this place. The employees there all have great customer service and Adam is awesome!! What I love about this place is, the bagels are great and the employees try to remember the customer's name. Adam is really good at that. They make the customers feel special, when they remember who they are. And if I could rate Canadian bakin 10 Stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best breakfast places in Huntsville by far. Everything is so refined and delicious. Coupled their breakfast with coffee from Olde Town just right down the street and you’re in heaven.

This staff is super helpful, friendly and talented. (Froth like no other - Ha!)

Great little hidden place. The Vanilla bourbon coffee is so good. The food is always great. The cinnamon bread is worth taking home!

Canadian Bakin has moved into its own storefront, much to the joy of carb lovers everywhere. With more room to wiggle, they now offer coffees and teas as well as dressed up bagel sandwiches. These sandwiches tend to have creative and fun names but stick to familiar, high quality ingredients. I haven't tried one yet, but I look forward to doing so when I'm more comfortable eating in (which they do allow currently - I'm just not ready!)

As is, I get my bread to go. Options are a smidge limited, but all are tasty. Multiple flavors of bagels (my fave so far is the everything, but I also really like the plain - I'm a purist!), baguettes, German soft pretzels, as well as plain or cinnamon brioche are the staples. However, keep an eye on their social media, as they regularly bake up specials on different days, like Nutella brioche! One day I'll make it by on a Saturday so I can try out the chocolate chip and cinnamon raisin bagels.

They also make cream cheese in house. I've only had the garlic so far, but it's the bomb!

Definitely give this place a go and support your local carb craftsmen! Try a miel while you're there -- they do good coffee, too. :)

I had the birthday bakedwell coffee iced and it was fantastic. The flavor add ins were not overpowering and the coffee was very smooth tasting. The blt I got was just meh. The bagel, sadly, was disappointing in texture and added nothing to the sandwich. The bacon was perhaps microwave bacon. I will go back for the coffee.

Clean, delicious, modem. They have the traditional boil bagels with generous toppings. Packed in the morning even though the spot is not in the mainstream but easily accessible and plenty of parking. Totally worth checking out.
