Staff was awesome, couldn't locate item listed on line as there, but called around and located it, had it pulled for me at different location. B&N needs to fix online inventory though.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Was not impressed with my visit today. If it weren't for the fact that my husband recently bought a membership, I would not return to this store. The 1st person I asked for assistance was sitting at the information desk, her name is Shannon, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me. She looked up my request in the computer and then just walked away from the desk and I wasn't sure whether or not I was supposed to follow her so I followed her all over the store. When she finally found my item she just took one off the shelf shoved it in my hands and walked away. I needed additional assistance finding two other books but after my first experience i wanted to ask someone else to help me. As I walked past the information desk shannon was on her phone. I then found a second older woman to help me and she was just as rude as shannon. Neither one engaged me in finding my items, nor did they even ask if i needed help with anything else. The only saving grace on this trip was the fact that the cashier Zeke was nice. Simply put this visit sucked.

My child had to have a book for her school sumer reading. We call ahead to see if they had the book and the offered to pull it. It was at the checkout when we got there in 10 minutes.

I, also, have shopped here for years. I worked here a couple years ago. Great place to shop and work. No pressure for sales, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Some are not so personable but it's nothing personal. They're just kind of book geeks. They are helpful, too, if you ask.

Nice calm, and quiet atmosphere. Helpful staff and plenty of books to select from. I'd definitely recommend checking them out if your looking for a certain book but not wanting to order online.

I recently bought some manga and vinyl records here, and have no complaints at all. They have a huge selection of graphic novels and normal novels, as well as board games. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. 💚

We called a few times about a cd it showed instock on lime.... A gentleman told me it was sold out. We call a few hrs later... A lady answered and went amd retrieved the cd off the shelf for us. We pick it up at customer service and go to checkout and then the old man at checkout was very hateful refused checkout and the other cashier proceeded to check us out. If i had to guess... He was the liein Sob who told us the product wasnt there i stead of goin to look for it turning business away. What a scrooge!!!

People very friendly and helpful. Went in looking for a particular book and was found within minutes of me being there. Even ended up getting a few more books. Very happy with this BnN.
