YUM!! Will definitely go back to visit and try other items on the menu.
Food was delicious! Vicki was a delight as our server. I had Fried Pork Chops, Fried Okra, Black-Eyed peas, Potato Wedges& cornbread, and was offered Banana pudding for dessert.
Update and new picture 11/6/22
Best photo I could show you.. I had Country Fried Steak, fried Okra, Black-Eyed peas, Potato Wedges and Cornbread. I didn't take before picture but after picture of plate cleaned with help of cornbread, (sopped up everything nicely) and the complimentary banana pudding. YUM!! again!!

Y’all this place is doing it! The food arrived fresh and hot. Look at that plate of food. Great prices…great service…great staff! Thank you

Food is very good and atmosphere is good . The prices are very reasonable but service is bad. We got there at 6pm and didn't get our drink order until 6:30 pm and the waitress did take food order 6:40 pm . That's 30 mins for drink order and 40 mins for food.

I am a regular breakfast customer. Pancakes with a side of bacon are my favorite items. The pancakes are huge and super fluffy and flavorful. Bacon is cooked to preference, which I prefer soft. I recommend giving them a visit :)

The service is good and friendly folks! We were there a year ago and tried lunch. The mashed potatoes and cooked vegetables tasted like chlorine water so that's only reason we haven't been back. Does anyone know if the water is okay now?? Even the drinking water tasted terrible. Like I said, the kind of water is only reason why us and some other folks haven't gone back.

Who knew the homicide nachos were something to live for! Omg best nachos I've ever had at a restaurant. The girls and I ordered a bunch of appetizers and then our meals. ( way to much food for us) fried green tomatoes, divine! Corn nuggets, the best! We all just kinda sampled each other's meals and I was NOT dissatisfied with any of it. And side note, our waitress was the greatest. ( bad with names.... sorry hon) next time I will do better!

This place was packed. One server was working her very first shift leaving the other server to carry the majority of the load. Apparently there was also a staff roof happening in the back of the house which put a ton of weight on the front of the house team. The fix was good though it took a long time. The true dawning grace for this restaurant on our last visit was our server. Age was exceptionally relatable and took great care of us even though she was up to her ears in work. Despite the chaos that seemed to be harken with others, she took everything in stride and just kept going. She kept is informed about delays so we knew what to expect. I would come bank just because of her.

Delicious! That's enough said but I'll elaborate....the food is great, the service was great. Home cooking like Mamaw used to cook.

GREAT STAFF ....& MGR is a GREAT GUY... Decent & runs great business (their smoked porkchop on Daily Special (Thurs) is WONDERFUL * WE also enjoyed their fried chicken livers!! Don't miss a chance to enjoy & support this local small business! Good sweet tea as well;)

Ordered 2 sunny side up eggs, biscuit with sausage & gravy & hashbrown. As did my husband.
And it says, it's made to order so everything should be fresh & hot
It's not. Our hashbrowns were cold & burnt. Our biscuit was hard & cold. Our gravy was warm but our sausage was cold.
Evidently its made fresh only if you order breakfast food at lunch or dinner bc it definitely wasn't fresh at 9 am.
