I’m genuinely confused how a Subway could be this bad. We waited in line for 1 hour. 1 HOUR at a subway. The workers were all friendly but were too busy talking to get anything done. I’m embarrassed for the management. We watched probably 30 customers try to walk in and immediately walk back out when they saw how long the line was and how slow it was moving.

I love the sandwiches, but, the day I visited, the AC was broken, no ventilation. No fans. Outside temperature was near 100. Despite the INDOOR 116° heat, no kidding, the upper management did not shut down, nor offer vouchers to customers during repair, which took, I believe, hours. All about the money. I thought one poor worker was nearing heat stroke. The owner should be ashamed.

I usually prefer this subway over the others in town. This time with the social distancing, being careful to keep the area clean, I was shocked to see how dirty their dining room was. When I went to sit in the few tables available, the one I chose had crumbs of food on the table with pieces of meat on the floor. Obvious it had not been cleaned in between customers by the staff. It was very busy when I was there but during the slow time instead of someone coming out to clean the dinning area they all went into the back room! I would highly recommend getting your order and leaving!

You'd think after all the articles about their mutant tuna they'd try to step up their customer service game but no. There was no one in line ahead of me but I wasted half of my lunch break being ignored while one guy made online orders and the other 2 just stood there talking to each other. I never got waited on at all. Thanks for wasting my time.

Ran out of ingredients and I already paid for it through Doordarsh. The manager was very rude and laughed at me. Don't go there on Saturday evenings.

I realize how hard it is to open after being take out only for weeks but the service was simply unacceptable. Two sandwiches took over 20 minutes to complete which was made all the worse because the guy making the sandwiches was too slow to go get the ingredients they were out of at the counter which was lettuce, chicken and pickles. No stars are deserved on this trip which sadly is usually the case with this Subway but it makes you select at least one.
