Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Room temp, dry and flavorless.
Some friends and I had stopped in, hoping fir a good meal and a chance to catch up. The food was not at all hot. We sent it back. We waited only to get the same plate. Like it was left on a counter then sent back. We told the manager and he offered us a sort of 'second chance' meal if we would come in again.
Of course we tried them again sometime later, and while the server was sweet and kind, the order was wrong TWICE. When we got our wrong meal the second time, we tipped the waitress and left. Way to loose 4 customers in one day.
2 stars because the restaurant offered us a second chance meal that was discounted, and the server was so kind.

Michelle has always been friendly and took care of me in a timely manner. Anytime she has been my server I have excellent service.

Michelle is the sweetest person and best waitress ever. My friends and I request her station everytime we're there.
The food and atmosphere of Perkins is wonderful.

Pot roast stroganoff was good the first few bites, while it was semi-warm, but once it cooled down, the sauce coagulated so it was just a jiggly gelatinous blob. Very unappetizing! That was topped off by my mastication of a big piece of fat from the pot roast, which almost caused me to lose the entire contents of my stomach right there. Game over. I'm out!

It was enjoyable, worth the money. The wait staff are wonderful, they treat you like family.

Great selection, great food, and we happened to be there on free pie Monday, which was a nice treat. Great waitress as well.

The food was amazing here, and it is everytime I go. The four stars though is for the customer service for this particular visit. The waitress didn't show much interest and care when taking our order, and said they don't serve items that they did ask. We did check with another waitress which is how we know they served that item. This is not the fault of the waitress though, but more on the management. She was a new employee, and didn't receive enough training before starting to serve customers. Otherwise it is an amazing place to grab a bite that I will frequent in the future.

Ordered pot roast skillet, beef stroganoff pasta with 99c pancakes add on (if you want bread you pay the same 99c)
All of the portions were very small. The skillet was medium hot, the pasta was ice cold the gravy luke warm, the meat was like pulled pork and very dry, the pancakes were almost warm but they would not even melt the margarine we did not like the taste.
The server was friendly, the cashier gave us 10% off after complaint.
The c19 shutdown got the better part of them as well but cutting down on food quality that much will stop me from going back, sorry folks I know how to cook better than that.
