Chain broke on a 300 mile bike tour and this was the closest bike shop that sold bicycle chains that worked for my bike. I thought I needed a 12 gear and he saved my life and found out for me I needed a ten. Was a little expensive but had I gone somewhere else I would have been screwed. Great shop also!

Highly recommend the shop. The owner is a cool guy and will take care of all of your biking needs. Very nice products and customer service was fantastic!

Stopped in and ordered an Americano at the coffee bar. Owner was friendly and gave us great info on mountain biking in the Rock Springs area. Will certainly stop there again for a coffee break.

It says something when a small town business has been around for a long time. Jason and the gang are awesome! Great service, great prices and all the knowledge to back it up.

I was HIGHLY disappointed to discover what a joke this business is and how rude there staff is.. Refused to help an 8 year old boy and his mother with his handle bars because the bicycle was purchased at kmart..
WHO CARES WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED!!!!!! This mother was shopping "LOCAL" this "LOCAL BUSINESS" REFUSED her service... Come on people were a community, it's time we start working together looking out for one another!!! care of our own..

Jason was very easy to work with and was knowledgeable about the options that we were interested in. We loved shopping locally and such a great resource in our community.

I walked into the shop the first time inquiring the cost of a bicycle tune up, to which I was informed around $70, plus whatever additional items may need to be replaced (a pair of tubes around $15). I signed up for a time to bring my bike in and then did so. I returned a few days later to pick it up, only to find it was not finished like they had said it would be. The customer representative I was dealing with told me it actually was finished, but they had to check on a few things. I'm a patient person, so I wasn't worried. After 10 or so minutes he came back out and said they were almost done and it would just be a few more minutes. He then rang me up and told me it would be $120. I asked what it was for, and he said the tune up plus two tubes and labor. I was hesitant because I was expecting close to $100, but I paid anyway. After getting the receipt I noticed there was more than one labor charge, along with various fees in addition to the cost of the tubes and the tune up. They still weren't done with my bike. A few minutes later the repairman in the back walked out holding a wheel, pointing to a small hole in the tire, one they had apparently missed. The first rep said I would be needing a new tire, then holds a new one up. I ask how much, and he says "around $20." I wonder what "around" means, and tell them to go ahead and put it on. He goes in the back while the rep changes the tire. "$31" he says. I bring up the fact that he said it would be $20, and he responds saying I would need another tube. I bring up that I already paid for the first two tubes, and I wouldn't be using at least one of them. He says he will split it 50/50 with me. I ask why I would be paying for an extra tube at all, and he says because he doesn't have the box. I ask what that is supposed to mean, and he finally concedes and says "I'll just give it to you." Anyway, I finally get the bike back. It definitely does not look like much more maintenance happened than all the work I stood around waiting for. Whatever they did, it certainly was not worth $140. This is the total I ended up having to pay excluding the extra equipment charges he wanted me to pay for absolutely no reason.
Some additional comments to note:
The accessory racks were disorganized.
The service reps need to work on their customer service, or at least the one I spent most my time dealing with does.
There isn't a lot of brand variety within the store.
Overall, I'd recommend going somewhere else for bicycle maintenance. These guys are probably just looking to sell you something. In fact, they even flat out told me I needed a new bike the first time I waited for my bike to come out.

Very happy with both bikes that we have bought here. Great service matched with a high-quality product can’t be beat!

Jason is great to work with. He's kind and efficient. His commitment to running a local business, and the number of years he's been around speak for themselves.
