Subway

We went to Rock Springs Wyoming subway for a quick lunch to eat on the road back to Oregon. The girl that helped us was friendly, greeted us with a smile. Food was delicious. I recommend the Rock Springs Wyoming subway if you're traveling through.

Staff was pleasant but completely unprepared. Only had a couple types of bread, missing multiple vegetables, chips were stale, and the pop machine was out of service. The men's restroom was out of service, they only had a few tables set up, and the tables were dirty.

Looks very clean. Restroom clean. Sandwich maker very polite and covered our sandwiches while toasting, getting more product, etc. Minus a star...no ice tea made at 1pm and cashier put her finger inside my empty drink cup as she handed it to me. Sandwiches delicious 😋

The place was clean. The lady was new and struggled with the order. The price the was high $9.36 for a turkey wrap. The food was good.

This used to be the best Subway in town, but the last month or so, every time I go in there, they are out of everything!! Also, this is the only Subway I've been to where the people working there, don't wear a uniform. Instead the workers wear trashy looking low cut shirts! Eww, I did not need to see that! And they are totally rude! When I wanted my money back for my drink, because all of there fountain drinks were empty, the gal at the register was extremely rude to me about it! We'll maybe if you kept everything in stock, and didn't keep running out of everything, you wouldn't have to return people's money. And it never fails, every time I go in, and they are out of something, it's always "the truck didn't come today" excuse. Once, maybe, but not every time I go in there!

Had an online order and food was great, but I wanted to change one thing and the man behind the counter making my food was telling me he already new what I wanted, but he was making something I didn't even order and wouldn't let me speak so I could tell him so, and the one thing the app wouldn't let me change...sorry I'm giving 4 stars. The lady was wonderful, but because they were out of guacamole and i paid extra for it online, she never offered anything extra or to take the extra charge off for it....I Hope the customer service there gets better!!

Tracy r**ing owns the subways in rock springs wyoming with the exception of the college hill location which is the ONLY location you should ever visit. Ask yourself, have you ever received a "rolled" sandwich, bad service, rude artists, fly ridden locations, locations that are supposed to be open and aren't? If yes, than you've been to his stores. This is not a message from a disgruntled ex employee, it's just a fact. His number is on his location doors... call him sometime ;) by the way, corporate will not do anything about this particular franchise owner and tracy claims "I am H.R." Go see how happy his team is. Lmao! Enjoy your lunch.

Very disappointed in this store. I believe it's the manager that works there she is a terrible worker the store had like 6 customers and she literally answered her phone and walked away leaving some very unsatisfied customers, I get that things come up but there is a time to answer the phone . She never came back to the line and let another lady work the rush by herself . Very sad view of customer service

Very pleasant experience at this Subway location today. The entire store was so clean, the cold case and the drinks and chips displays were very well stocked.The staff on duty were very friendly. Definately glad that we stopped at this store and this is one I will make sure I visit again.
