Renegade Cafe

The place reminds me of an old school dinner, the food was not bad. If you need a place to stop and get a quick bite I recommend this place.

We drive from Kemmerer to Rock Springs quite often for shopping and usually eat while we are there. We used to go to Lew's for Chinese food. They changed their hours and are rarely open when we are there. Today we decided to give Renegade a try and we were not disappointed. The outside was questionable but the restaurant was clean and fast friendly service.The Singapore Chow Mein was to die for! The Char Siu Pork Fried Rice was also amazing! The Renegade will definitely be our new favorite place to eat in Rock Springs.

My husband kept saying that he wanted to eat Chinese food that he used to go a while back and he introduced me to this restaurant. I was kinda skeptical since mostly chinese foods here in the country are bland. Yet I was wrong. We ordered renegade fried rice and moo goo Gai, it came with steamed rice and soup (we chose egg drop). Fried rice was astonishingly delicious! Well seasoned and the moo goo Gai was good also(it could have a bit more salt. Just a bit and it was perfect). Egg drops was also nice, it was well seasoned. I'm surprised! Would definitely come back again.

We have been road tripping across the US and have stopped at a few little cafés. We were impressed with Renegade Cafe because of the selection between Chinese/American/Breakfast food. It was a comfy, family friendly experience with good food, good atmosphere, and fantastic wait staff.

This restaurant never fails to give great service and great food.. I am not a big fan of Chinese food and neither is my wife ... but we love the Chinese food here so much that we usually dont order anything else .... not a fancy place but food and service are second to none...

The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent here! The waitress was especially friendly, and my family all enjoyed what they ordered.

The food is hot and fresh. They have a great selection of both American and Chinese dishes to choose from. The portions are HUGE. Staff is quick and friendly. Sad I didn't find this little gem before now. It's hard to find good food available for truckers to enjoy, especially Chinese food. I will for sure be stopping any time I am thorough here in the future.

If you like old school diners, wood paneling, and amazing food this place is for you! I always look for that diamond in the rough in most towns, and this one is definitely it!

Unpretentious, authentic, a classic Wyoming diner that hasn't changed a thing since the 70's. And that's because they figured out the secret to success: amazing food. Come hungry, the portion sizes are outrageous.

Couldn't wait to stop here. Had the combination lo mein and it was amazing. There was so much meat. If you come in a Rig don't worry, there's parking.

Very nice place to sit and have a bite to eat, very big parking next to it and the Chevron next door. Food was good, but just a little to much sause added to everything. So if you don't want soup you'll have to ask them to go easy on it. Love the fried rice though.
