We love Hooligans!!!! The girls that work there R awsome!!! Friendly service always a smile even when they R super busy!!!

Much more festive and local option then Starbucks. If you’re ever passing through Rock Springs I would recommend them.

Hooligans is always our go to coffee shop, the drinks are always good and the staff is nice and welcoming, they are usually busy do be prepared for a wait.

Been going here for 7 years now, best coffee in town! Always great and friendly staff.

They would not allow multiple transactions and since we were traveling with a group, they could only serve us if we all paid cash. Oh, they would let us get out and walk up to the window to do individual transactions. It was only -2 out. We went somewhere else.

Best coffee I have ever had. Also has better prices and quality than Starbucks.

Love this place! Flavored redbulls are legit and drive through runs pretty fast for how busy they get
