Amazing coffee, good alt milks (mac and oat), nice owners, very clean, and the wifi is great!
They have a few outlets inside while the outside has no available outlets. Outside in the back has been my preferred choice for working on the laptop since it's quieter, half-shaded, and sort of enclosed to protect you from wind.
They also have a little shop where you could grab a quick gift for someone. Shirt, candle, coffee, mugs, stickers.

Flippin awesome coffee! Best coffee we had on our road trip. Whatever their normal coffee was, was better than premium small batch Starbucks. It was one of those great beans with natural blueberry flavors and they brewed it almost as strong as I would at home.

Terrific stop going clear across Wyoming. They claim best coffee in WY for two years straight. I believe it.

I love supporting local coffee shops, but holy moley those waffle things?! So so good, worth every gluten. Thankfully I live too far away to make this a weekly indulgence, but I will be back!

The best Chai Lattes on a 9500km 12 day trip from BC to Fredericksburg, TX and back.
See you in Huatulco someday at our new joint venture coffee shop!!

I am not a coffee drinker, believe it or not, but their chai tea latte is great. It is not overly sweet or spicy. The chocolate croissant I had today was amazing! I am so happy our town has this addition! Amazing! I can't wait to try other yummy baked goods in the future!

The chocolate dipped waffles and coffee were amazing. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. My husband was able to catch up on some office work using their WiFi. Thanks, guys! Great place.

Stopped here on a road trip. Pleasantly surprised to find this craft coffee shop in a tiny town. Shop had good vibe and a lot of neat products for sale (hats, art, earrings, etc.). Both their drip and cold brew were great and reasonably priced.

The best coffee in the world honestly. I've been all over this country and the world and Pine Coffee is my very favorite. Single origin, roasted with care locally, and made to perfection. Check out the online store too. 100% must stop if on Pinedale

2017: Easily a new favorite! Proprietor explained his coffees and approach the first time I visited. The coffee (Middle State) was very lightly roasted. If I compare it to my usual medium-dark roasts, it tastes weird, but if I roll it around on my tongue and drink it slowly, it's delicious and complex. Just think of it as another genre of coffee. The feel of the place is trendy but retains wood elements that fit Pinedale well. The jet-black equipment is recessed into the black stone counter and efficiently laid out, allowing for quick service. Everything is out in the open and fun to watch. Highly recommended!
Update: You can sense my initial hesitation above, but back home in NYC, I find myself longing for another cup from Pine Coffee Supply!
Update 2018: A year later, I still like it, and it's WAY busier. They've started doing their own roasting in the shop and have a delightful little hodgepodge of quality art for sale.
