Hot Fusion with Kira. Wow, excellent and friendly teacher, beautiful studio, unique set of poses that were very enjoyable and challenging. Perfect class.

Brendan is an extraordinary and gifted instructor. I dropped in while visiting and the studio was welcoming and accommodating. One of the top classes I’ve ever taken.

Inversion is nothing short of amazing. Wide variety of class offerings and class times. The schedule makes it possible for even the busiest of yogis to get there practice on daily!

Wonderful studio, great atmosphere and a wide variety of classes and teachers. The staff is welcoming and I can always find a fun, challenging or chill class to fit my schedule.

A wonderful yoga studio with great instructors! It's got tons of daily classes to choose from ranging from hot classes, to flow classes, barre, and recovery classes, and it is very clean!

The coffee shop shouldn’t be advertised as such on gmaps. Upside: open on holiday, friendly staff.
Downside: beverage was luke warm, no place to sit.

In town... dropped in for a $10 pop up. I LOVED Jamison’s (hope I spelled name correct) sequence. Exactly what my body needed!!! Hope to take some more classes this week!!!

I love Inversion! It has a great mix of classes at times that work with my irregular schedule.
