Cafe Genevieve

I visited Jackson right at the end of their off-season, which meant most businesses are closed for about 2 weeks. I was so relieved that this restaurant was open so I could have breakfast before a long drive.

The food was really good, and came out really fast.

I got the Irish coffee, it was terrible. I also got the corned beef hash, terrible. The name was misleading because it was just corned beef with a few onions in it and my toast had no butter. The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. Also VERY expensive for what if was. Not going back

I definitely recommend this place for breakfast!
The Huevos Rancheros was phenomenal. Nice heated patio seating on a cool morning in downtown Jackson. Service was prompt and friendly as well.

Quaint cafe with a unique selection of breakfast and lunch items paired with excellent service. We loved the “pig candy” and fresh powdered donuts along with the drink options. Gem in downtown Jackson. We look forward to going back!

Awesome restaurant. Came here for breakfast mid-week and there was minimal crowd. I ordered the eggs Benedict with smoked trout, and my buddy ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs sunny side up. Both were delicious and very filling. The coffee was great, the service was excellent, and the vibe was very enjoyable. I'll be back

Want breakfast to fuel you hike can't go wrong. The pig candy is really a candy bar with a sliver of bacon in the middle. If you have a sweet tooth and live bacon you can't go wrong.

So I LOVE Genevieve!!! Last visit I had a bene, which was perfect. Today tried the Cajun biscuits and gravy, fantastic. Service is always amazing, great drinks. Dining solo, I always get right into sit at the bar. Manager is super friendly. My breakfast go-to. SUPPORT THESE GUYS!!!!!

Fresh, good quality food with attentive service. $4 add on for a half of avocado seems a little excessive though.

Nice cute place in town and the outdoor seating was enjoyable plait friendly staff. The food was beautiful, but just not the flavor profile I was expecting. Overall a good place to visit.

Terrific restaurant! We went for brunch and it was outrageously good. Coffee was hot and service was friendly, although they seemed a little understaffed the day we went. Would definitely go back on our next Jackson visit!
