Was greeted by Cecelia, very professional and polite manager, place was clean. The rest of the crew was very respectful and even offered friendly suggestions to spice up my order. Will definitely visit again when I’m back in the area!

Great little shop. Awesome design work. I’ve been to Philly many times and the interior gives you the feel of standing in Jim’s down on south street. The Thursday night crew were very quick and I look forward to coming back!

Had a strawberry milkshake - poorly mixed tasted like strawberry milk with ice cream and strawberry chunks in it. Pay attention to the menu as I didn’t . Original Philly cheesesteak - meat and cheese only. Yes the menu didn’t include it. I thought all Philly cheesesteaks had green peppers and onion. Eh! Cheesewhiz for cheese. Very salty. Long wait drive through - save gas turn off motor.

Ordered a classic philly, which should have mushroom, onions, and peppers, and was served with steak and cheese. No onions, peppers, or mushrooms. Honestly this is par for Gillette. It’s why I haven’t tried this place for so long. If I can’t trust to get what I ordered how can I trust the rest of the food. This is the seventh place in Gillette the last two weeks that just really doesn’t even try. There’s always some excuse. Always. Never recommend this place it’s not worth the wait. Grill me all you want it’s more than my sandwich got…

Wasn't that great. 😒 Up charge of $1.50 for onion rings got me 4 (total) onion rings, sandwich was steak ONLY( no cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, NOTHING) forgot my drink, and automatically charged both orders (my friend and I ordered separately, same vehicle) to MY card.

Best oniom rings in town!! Love the sandwiches with white cheese. Not a fan of beer cheese...But hey others may like it! Usually make my own Philly at home because other places could never come close to a philly....always more like a french dip! But Philly Shop does make a mean Philly sandwich. Try them out!!

Was looking forward to trying them out. Huge bummer when I got meat and cheese only, no veggies. As stated on the menu.
Price is a bit high for what you get.
The young lady at the window was nice, but the angry person behind her didn't seem to like me asking why no traditional cheese on the menu.🤣
Oh well....

For what it’s worth, food is terrible. Soggy and cold. Obviously not freshly made. Food was disgusting. Didn’t even get what we ordered. Looks cool on the outside, but this place sucks. The onions rings- speak for themself. I try to support local businesses here, but this is not one I’ll ever go back to.

Food is really good. My favorite is the Philly rolls. They’re a must try. Staff is very friendly and always have a smile. Would definitely recommend.
