Food was delicious and there was a large portion. Our server, Deborah was terrific. We will be going there again. Super plus is the fact that they are open on Sunday!!! Only drawback is that it is noisy.

Refused to do takeout for us. Explanation made no sense. We would have happily waited as long as they needed. No where else to eat in town.

Great little Mom and Pop cafe! You will be treated like family and enjoy some great food. Be sure to tell Deb that the fridge is open, you will get a big laugh!

"The breakfast is the best and the waitress saved my eye."
On my way back home from Yellowstone to Virginia on August 3, 2015, I stopped my the HorseShoe Inn Cafe for breakfast. The atmosphere is perfect for the setting. Country style and home cooking. I ordered breakfast. Very nice portions (hearty). You could feed three people with the sides. A+++ pancakes. A++++ service.
The story behind my trip. During the past few days, I noticed loss of vision in my right eye. I thought my right eye got a bit too much of that high altitude sun. Instead of waiting till I got back home, I decided to ask the waitress if there was an eye doc nearby. She pointed my to a doc (Dr. Luke Brog) in Thayne, WY; next town south. Well I went down to see Dr. Brog and his wonderful staff. He determined I had a retinal detachment which would require emergency surgery. So, I headed to Salt Lake City to see a specialist.
Thank you "dear waitress" at the Horshoe Inn. You may have saved my right eye. I am hoping early detection will bring my vision back.
