My friends and I met this morning around 10. It didn't take very long before the place was full. They got so busy that they lost one of our orders. The staff was very friendly and the food was so good, we will be back.

Really nice place. The coffees and cappuccinos are great. The staff are super friendly! Railroad theme mixed with Turkish or Egyptian styles. Very cool.

The food was decent and well presented. Look very appealing. The staff was friendly and very kind. The only only issue I had was the salad bar had some wilted lettuce and the burrito green chili sauce was very bland.

Owner, Freddy, and "Miranda" treated me with the utmost disrespect and aggression when I went to their business for the DoorDash delivery service today. I am astonished at how unprofessional the entire exchange was.
Being my first delivery there, I was unfamiliar with their process (every place differs). They were unnecessarily condescending when explaining it, and when I asked clarifying questions it caused attitudes to flare. No patience was shown at all, and after this interaction, I decided that I no longer wanted to do the delivery or any business with them in the future. The owner's response? "Bye!" Miranda then felt it was necessary to come from around the counter to be inches away from me; she was attempting to physically intimidate me. Although there never was physical contact I have never felt more threatened in a business setting! It truly shocked me.
Customer service is not the management's strong point.

Love this place! The owner was exceptionally helpful and took extra time & care to explain what is on his menu. Not to mention that all the beer and coffee is all from local vendors.

I've been there several times. The food and drinks were okay. The service was questionable at times.
Then today I drove across town to go get some coffee and lunch, to find that there were closed because of the weather, which is understandable...but they hadn't notified customers at all, as I had checked their Facebook page, and it said nothing. So I sent them a friendly message just telling them that it would be nice if they would let customers know if they are going to close early. Not only was their response rude, but they banned me from their page and blocked me from replying to the conversation. That is absolutely ridiculous. I guess I won't be back if that is how they are going to treat me.
UPDATE: My message to them was in no way rude or "humiliating" as they claimed in their reply below. Here is exactly what I said: "If you are going to close do to the weather, it would be nice if you would post it on your Facebook like all other businesses do, before people drive clear across town to find that your closed."
To ban a customer for that, is ridiculous. They could have just said, "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Next time we'll try to let customers know."
And that would have been the end of it, and I would have been back. But instead, they banned me.
Another update: Instead of just apologizing and moving on, he doubles down on how horrible it was for me to politely and privately suggest that they let customers know when they are closing early. This is no way to run a business. And yes, I did drive across town to go there even though it had been mediocre service in the past, because I like to give businesses second chances, especially when they are new

Very impressed with this place! The coffee is very very good, though I really haven't tried anything else. We don't usually stay there as it's a pretty cramped little place with so much going on inside.
