Dazbog Coffee Pershing

First off, I LOVE dazbog. I never go anywhere else. This location is extremely close to my workplace so I stop here to grab a coffee quite often in the morning. Every time I go the staff is AWFUL. They are rude, they don’t listen, etc. I also never get a drink stopper which is a huge pet peeve because I know I’m going to get to work with coffee splashes all over my car. It’s a convenient and nice location but staff needs improvement.

NOT GOOD! Went to the counter to order a coffee & croissant. Two staff, no mask, totally focused on the drive-through. Waited 10 minutes to place order. Ordered a HOT LATTE and a croissant - after a long wait, got a COLD LATTE, and then a cold croissant tossed at me in a celophane wrap. Again, asked for a HOT latte and for croissant to be warmed for FIVE SECONDS. Finally got handed a BARELY LUKE WARM latte and a croissant that had been forgotten in the microwave, with the texture a cross between a rubber tire and bale of hay. FIRST & LAST visit. Worst customer service ever. A waste of good money. Would have gotten great customer service at MacDonald's with HOT COFFE that is actually HOT, not almost cold. What did I pay just for that horribly disappointing coffee? About $3.25 plus tax? And the croissant? Whatever it was, it was not cheap, and it was too much for a rubbery hard-as-nails thing that was at one time in its life a croissant.

Good coffee, however, it is the only store that does not accept the phone app, so no points, no rewards, birthday does not apply here.

Terrible place to work. Super immature management. Allows employees to damage other empoyees personal property and refuses to handle the issue. Favoritism of employees who clearly break policy and last but not least refuse to give last paycheck. They will be reported.

Other than that, I'd say that starbucks has a worthy opponent. I don't usually like hot drinks but the Karamel Kreme Latte is probably a first for me. It doesn't taste watery and has a nice amount of sweetness with a more rich coffee flavor compared to some other sad hot drinks I've had in my lifetime. Also, every time I've gotten my drink it's pretty much been a ready-to-drink temperature so that means I don't have to burn my mouth on the day I finally decide to get a hot coffee. It also means I don't have to let it sit. I don't know if it's just been luck or if an employee here or the company had this all planned out. I can't wait to try more drinks!

The coffee has a full robust flavor and there's a nice variety of non-coffee drinks. The staff are quite helpful in choosing a beverage. My favorite part is the atmosphere. It is a great place to meet with friends!

Love the coffee, staff is always friendly even at the butt crack of dawn. The only thing lacking is consistency in my Whit Choc Mocha. That being said and in fairness is it usually happens when I have encountered new staff. We focus too much at times of how it should be without looking at what is going on. Much Prefer Dazbog over any other coffee place in town......and I drink way too much coffee.

Love their coffee but there is ALWAYS a waiting time. North location is a while lot friendlier but neither place ever gives napkins even with a food purchase!

A bit pretentious. The Branding is great. Purchased loose tea that was adequate and would probably purchase it again. The coffee was basically everyday Barista made coffee. The employees were all children... And all that goes along with that.

I usually stop here on my way to work in the morning and have never had a bad experience. The service is always great, everyone is always so nice and helpful and I’m super lactose intolerant and I have never had any cross contamination issues at this location. This is my favorite location.
