This place is amazing. We travel the world looking for coffee shops and this is a top-5 coffee shop. What a gem of a place.

- The breakfast Quiche was so good, I ate two of them.
- Really smooth espresso.
- The people working the coffee bar make a great first impression.
- Atmosphere ia top-notch.

I travel throughout country and always try to find great local coffee shops.

Bourgeois Pig is exactly the type of coffee shop I love.
1. Good coffee beans. They use coffee beans from Snake River Coffee Roasters. Great aroma, string flavor and long finish.
2. They make my coffee as I order it. I like a strong Americano and so I ask for 1/2 the water. More often than not, it doesn’t happen. Here, the barista double checked with me and it was perfect.
3. Friendly service. Yep.
4. Cool atmosphere. Yep, this place is cool.
5. Great baked good. I got a huge oatmeal cookie and banana bread. Delicious.

Come try this amazing local coffee shop!!’

I’ll be heading back there each day that I’m in town.

Asked the barista for a drink based on a couple parameters (surprise me!). Came back with a mocha Americano and it was delicious!! The person I was with ordered a cappuccino and also really liked that. To pair with our coffee, we each got a banana nut and chocolate chip muffin; they were dense and DELICIOUS! I also couldn't stop talking about how cute the place is on the inside (my favorite color is pink). Great place to stop right before leaving Casper. Thank you all!!

Worth the stop off the highway. Great service. Delicious muffins and coffee. And this giant deep dish quiche.

Amazing place to relax and have really good drinks and extraordinary food. Great decor and over the top customer service. Will go again!

Just ordered a "surprise me" tea. As a hardcore tea lover, I must say this surprised me. It was one of best, smoothest, richest tea I have ever drank in my life. Perfect brew, every sip filled with flavors of strawberry, honey, and hints of cinnamon I can't even quite place it but seriously, one of the most incredible blends I have ever tasted. I don't leave reviews normally, but I simply had to, because I will drive hours across the state for this tea again.

Really cool change of pace. Not really my vibe but I still enjoyed it. The baristas were awesome and gave me a great suggestion that I ended up loving. Think rockstar/DJ vibes with rockin coffee.

This place is SO fun. It's creative, friendly, delicious, unique and happy to have you. We stayed for a few hours to work and enjoyed great service the whole time, delicious coffee, oat milk latte and gorgeous lemon poppy seed muffin. I heard they are going to be having several matcha options soon, including ceremonial! Can't wait

This is quickly become my favorite place to get coffee and Casper, Wyoming but it's much more than a coffee shop there's also amazing pastries such as cookies the size of your head and fluffy cinnamon rolls. I can easily imagine myself spending hours at a time reading a good book or listening to a podcast with a delicious cup of coffee brew to perfection. Everyone in Casper Wyoming should try this coffee shop at least once to make an informed decision.

Great atmosphere and vibe. The music is great! It takes me back to a time of being free of care and full of hope and passion (yeah, 80's chickie here). The velvet couch in the middle of the place, the music and tour posters, the lighting, the tables and the collection of mirrors in the back wall are all part of the special ambience here.

I come here often because Josh makes the meanest Americano and Breve in town. Actually his Americano and breve beats most I've had in the states with the exception of a little joint outside of Seattle on the peninsula.

All of the food is great. I try not to indulge but between the music and the rest of the external influences, I often succumb. Especially when I see the large jars of giant cookies are looking so pretty. The cookies should be guarded by chastity belts because they can get you into some unspeakable trouble. They're gigantic and delicious. Josh sold me an oatmeal raisin cookies at a discount one day because he felt they weren't fresh quite enough. That was the best oatmeal cookie I've ever tasted! Crunchy, really crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. The burritos are delectable and worth every penny; hearty, flavorful and satisfying. I like the spicy one but don't recall the name.

But the baristas really struggle to turn out an Americano that doesn't taste like hot water. I've mentioned this before but I truly empathize with his situation as a business owner in these times. If Josh doesn't make the drink here I'm typically disappointed and feel ripped off. I've asked for re-makes only twice and have explained what I would like different - an Americano with depth and strength, easy on H2O. They use the best organic beans here and I use them at home, so the foundation is solid. Today was one of those days when I couldn't choke down hot brown water. I explained that it tasted watered down and possibly too much water was added in relation to espresso. The young barista explained, "It's the water". I asked for clarification as I didn't quite follow. Young barista explained, "Sometimes our water makes it that way". I managed to keep my exploding head in tact. I suggested practicing with water-to-espresso ratios and that in this case there was way too much water in this Americano. She further explained, "I don't think that's the problem. Our machine isn't working well and we've been having some issues with it". I thanked her and said I have faith in her ability to turn out an excellent Americano using temperance with the ratios. Unfortunately, the re-do was as bad as the original. I toped off with cream, wrote this review and exited politely.

I really do love this place though. It's an asset to this community. The DJ, the events, the gatherings. I've enjoyed long episodes of people-watching and coffee-drinking here. This is more than a coffee shop to some patrons and I'm one of those patrons. Senior citizens, folks with health challenges, those struggling with addiction, those hoping to side-step the pain of their existence, and those who have enough wealth to single-handedly support this entire town - something draws us here. This place deserves 5 stars but not without having baristas who are able to do simple orders and don't seem to care much about the craft.
