Great coffee and help to find a new flavor to add to your coffee ❤️ raspberry blended mocha is AMAZING, the frozen hot chocolate is AMAZING, and the plain hot latte is amazing as well! 10/10 would recommend we will be back every time we come to Casper❤️

A little pricey, even for a coffee shop. I have gone twice now and both have been underwhelming. The first time, everything was slow. Not a big deal, it happens sometimes. Just now we ordered in the drive thru and nothing we ordered was right! Wrong kind of bread on the sandwiches, wrong drink orders. Had we not already left and had places to be we would have gone back to make it right. Unfortunately whatever we were left with didn’t even taste good! Seemed like very weak coffee. We will not be back.

Maybe I just have bad luck or maybe it's the lack of attention to details by the staff when I come in but now for the third time in a row, they have messed up my order. And all three times it's been with a food item. I had ordered a eggwhich croissant with pepper jack and chorizo and some how I ended up with a bagel with cream cheese. I though I would give them another chance after the first two mistakes since I understand that they happen but come on.... looks like I'll be sticking Metro. With more visits, they have yet to screw up my order like this.

I don't know how the coffee was. We sat in the drive through line behind 2 cars for without being able to order, for probably 10 minutes, thinking, " oh wow their must only be one person working. Then we noticed people going in, my nephew went inside to see if they were short staffed, we could be patient and wait. He came out and said there were at least 5 people working and was told by one employee that Saturday is always slow. By that time we decided coffee was not worth the wait.

Blue Ridge is amazing! Fresh good food and lots of options to choose from. Their baked goods are to die for.

Food and coffee is great, but don't expect it in a reasonable time. There is zero reason to wait 30-45 mins sometimes longer for a coffee a few milks and scones. The last few times Ive stopped I'm like oh yeah 45 mins before I need to be somewhere perfect I've got time and then I'm rushing to get to where I need to be. Staffing isn't an excuse I run a coffee shop by myself for several hours multiple times a week and can have even large orders (20+ items) out in under 15 mins.

Usually they are great. Today it took 25 minutes, they forgot our order, got part of it wrong and couldnt remember if we paid. Everyone has bad days. Today was not the usual, but it went downhill fast.

Customer service needs to greatly improve. A greeting to make people feel welcome is the normal thing to do. That was kind of off putting to me, that we weren't greeted. But the food was ok.

This place has swiftly become a favorite of ours! Delicious drinks and baked goods always served with a smile. If you have a sweet tooth, try the frozen hot chocolate. It is very sweet but wow is it good. You will crave it after you've tried it!
The only issue we have ever had with this place, and the reason I'm giving 4 stars, is because I wish it was open later than 4 PM. I'm often on the west side in the late afternoon/evening and I would love a pick-me-up from Blue Ridge but they aren't open late.
