Been here before and the home.ade items are delicious. Came today and was going to stock up but the worker wouldn't come to the counter after I asked for help.

Winter visit-- All sorts of sweet treats can be found here. Excellent hot apple cider. Well worth a stop.

Always a go to when in the Dells. Too many choices lol, everything is so tasty.

Bought 3 boxes of various flavors. 2 of them were so dry you could not even cut into them. They just crumbled. Reminded me of the inside of a malted milk ball. There were places on the label for a pack date and best by date both were blank. Total waste of money.

Don't waste your money. We bought both carmels and fudge. Both were very bad ... fudge was not fudgy but just a poorly made product of dry overdone sugar. Carmel seemed that it failed to set (undercooked?) and not sweet or flavorful.

I have always gone to Swiss Maid since I was a kid. I ordered some by mail recently and had a terrible experience. They sent it late and not the shipping rate I paid for. The fudge was pretty gross when it got to me due to the summer heat. Customer service was rough. Multiple employees said there was a change in management. No one would help. When they said they would, they just stopped responding to me.
But then there was hope! The previous manager stepped up and rectified the issue! This completely changed the experience. I was finally able to enjoy their delicious fudge during my surgery recovery.
Tldr; Do you love fantastic fudge? Go here. No other place, even outside of the Wisconsin Dells, will do!

The place was full of people, but still worth the stop. They were making peanut butter fudge and the lady was nice enough to answer our questions while we watched. They have tons of cotton candy flavors, my son liked the cupcake flavor. I had the chocolate covered cookie dough bites, also really yummy. It was a great candy store for us to explore while walking downtown.

Unique fudge shop with a large variety of locally made products. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. The English taffe brittle was one of the best. There has been a change in ownership, however, the ladies mentioned that the recipes are the same. As you can see from one of the pics some of the fudge is made right in the shop.

We were ar the shop on 9/13/2020...we bought the chocolate nut fudge and taffy. Very disappointed. I tasted better fudge out of a can of frosting. I can buy better tasting taffy at Farm and Fleet...the cashier never smiled and acted like she was just taking up space and collecting a paycheck...

I paid for over priced strawberries here because I was craving them and didn’t mind. I bought 6 chocolate covered strawberries and they were all rotten. How are they going to over charge and not even give decent strawberries?
