What a great place - a gem, a diamond in the rough - never thought there would be a place like it in West Bend! (sorry West Bend, but I guess you are a bit cooler than I thought) :)

The drinks and food are great, but really , it is special because the employees

Best homemade muffins and a breakfast sandwich that defies any sense. How can it taste so good? I don't see anything special on it but WOW!! My new favorite place w my new favorite people and my new favorite sandwich!!

I love the atmosphere, coffee and food options, and mission of The Hub. They are a full service coffee bar with hot and cold espresso drinks, wide selection of hot teas, iced tea, cold brew and drip coffee, two chai tea lattes, and matcha lattes. You want it? They can probably make it! There is also a wonderful daily bakery selection, oatmeal, soup, and several quiche options..The Hub is part of the Volunteer Center of Washington County and staffed primarily by well-trained volunteers. Each week the tip jar is shared with area non-profits making a huge impact - over $19,000 given since opening earlier this year. All this in a trendy, relaxed atmosphere.
Full disclosure: I am a volunteer here, but I do come in as a customer several times a week.

Great place to grab a coffee, etc., but a bit noisy.

Only one problem. The acoustics.
It can be very loud if it is busy...hard to chat.
But we continue to return for the food and the great service
..and the.warm and friendly ambiance.

Always have exellent service and great drinks- the staff is wam and welcoming. I like that most staff is volunteer based and that that the tip jar benefits local non-profits. I truly enjoy this place!

Went on a weekday, midmorning.
Not crowded and very laid back.
My latte was great and I had a poppy seed muffin which was good but not unforgettable.
Right by the river and easy to get to. I would come here regularly if I lived near by.

My least favorite day is laundry day. So when that day comes around I try to treat myself. I go here or Dunn Bros.
The hub has a great atmosphere and a cool style. You know that your money is well spent since they have a tv showing all the good things that they are doing for the community. Not only that, their coffee is amazing and so is their food. I’ve had a breakfast sandwich which was delicious and their almond croissants are unbelievably tasty.
It’s such a great location as well which just adds to the atmosphere

This place is tucked away in the heart of West Bend, everything on the menu and all the specialty of the coffee bean is celebrated here. A true hub!! I loved it. I recommend it to all from students to seniors. Outstanding coffee 🏠☕😇
