Always pick this place over any other! Owner is kind, hardworking, and always upbeat. Staff are trained well and I have never had a bad experience. I really never get food (besides the acai bowl- which is GREAT) but all the variety of coffee/tea/smoothie drinks I've had over the years never disappoint. My sisters(leaving review under husbands account lol) and I always enjoy coming here- can't wait for dine in to open again!

Tried to run in tonight to get something to drink to go fast. Was 3 minutes before 6. Past the windows and the two employees were just standing inside chatting. Parked and the female employee had to run to the door and lock it in my face and walk away. Evidently the only thing that could pull her away from chatting was to close fast before I could place my one drink order. Seems that they don’t care about making money.

Order wrong multiple times after re confirming with staff. Long wait for two items. (More than once) Food is very dry.

I am sure you are sad to see a one star rating. possibly taking the same amount of time you did to write this rude response, you could instead use to work on communication in your staff. There is nothing wrong with giving an honest review.

Laundry days are my least favorite. To treat myself I either go to the Hub or here. I always get the creamy coconut nirvana which is absolutely tasty and I always try to snag a delicious pistachio muffin! Always great customer service as well. Makes laundry day fun... sort of.

Love the coffee. Everyone treats you good and they never have an attitude. Prices are excellent and they dont rip you off with the cup sizes. Definitely recommend to everyone who loves coffee.

Food is always good with the impossible sausage. Sometimes the drinks are really good, other times they don't pack any flavor. Avocado toast is great!

My son and I love the breakfast sandwiches. I especially like that you have gluten-free options and they're delicious!!! The coffees, teas, and juices are yummy as well. Dunn Brothers has definitely become a favorite place of ours.
