Excellent everything a must-visit

Always a pleasant place for coffee, sandwich, or a treat! Atmosphere is great and employees are friendly and conscientious of overall safety.

Nice place with WiFi and room to work if you want to spend some time. Parking is at a premium. Usually have to park on the street and walk. Not an issue in bigger cities, but suburban people aren't accustomed to doing that.

The coffee here is good, but the espresso is a little flat and boring . The atmosphere is great for reading and there is outdoor seating which is nice. I enjoy coming here to read and work on various things I need to get done.

Had a bad experience here with two rude employee’s. Place was clean and chic and food/tea were decent. However, the lack of basic respect will keep me from ever coming back.

I loved Alterra. The transformation and expansion into Colectivo has diluted a once great coffee company into a sad echo of itself, reminiscent of the similar path Intelligentsia took. The staff never seems to be very knowledgeable about their pastries, coffees or beers. The former attention to temperatures in drink preparation has been lost, so the espresso is overly bitter. What was once coffee I looked forward to has turned into over-roasted chalk. While it makes me insanely sad to say all of this, at least I can say I gave it one last try before moving on.

I love loved everything about this quaint coffee shop. Plenty of ppl watching or business minding can be done here! The coffee was good and I liked my time..

I've always had great assistance ordering here and no problem with allergies. It can be crowded and hard to find seats together, but I've always managed to find single seats. I've always had luck with parking, too.

Go here all the time.

Also this colectivo can make your blend of caf and decaf. The other ones can't won't.

The place is loud. Back room is loud. All hard surfaces so if you need to be on a quiet phone call it is not happening here. Same issue with getting a little work done. And, the coffee product is about average.
