Biggby Coffee

The quality of Bigby coffee is good, but not great. It still beats going to a Starbucks. The customer service at this particular location was fantastic. We went here several times during a recent stay in the Wausau area. With close proximity to the Wasau Hospital, this is a good place to get your "fix". With multiple trips on multiple days, we always had acceptable coffee and great customer service.

Went & checked out the Milkster Bar that just opened up & it was really good!
We were welcomed hardily & the demo with Dragons Breath was cool.
It is spendy ice cream but, I'd suppose it would keep you from getting to hefty. Lol

I stop here on weekends, but much quieter on weekday and I can sit and do paperwork and enjoy the coffee. The barista even remembered my usual! Good coffee and nice atmosphere today.

Coffee was great and had all the requisite things to make it the way I like. Staff was quick, friendly, and efficient. Shop was clean and smelled amazing.

I have yet to have any of their coffee that I did not like. My favorite is to tell them to surprise me with their fav I have not been disappointed yet! Every one their is so nice and friendly. Kudos to their staff at both Wausau locations! Now they need one on the West side of town instead of that other coffee place. Sal

Coffee here is usually pretty good. I wish it wasnt served in the self serve pump things because sometimes the coffee gets tepid. Bragels are good the name is dumb though. Just call it a Bagel Sandwich like a normal person.

I was verbally assaulted by someone at this store (not wearing a uniform of any sort) because of my disability requiring a service animal. Sir, please learn the laws regarding service animals and their handlers. You have insulted me and discriminated against me. Thank you for showing such an ugly side to an otherwise wonderful business.

Ordered two muffins with egg havarte cheese Turkey and one BlackBerry sage decaf latte this came to $15 dollars something and we did not get our receipt, muffin was cold and two very thin slices of Turkey breast in each muffin and one thin piece of havarte cheese in each muffin, they never offered to have the muffin toasted, our first time thru your drive thru, my last $15 something ever spent here, never again.

We got a barista in training. She was very patient with us, explained all our questions and didn't rush us. Very nice and great service!

I'm sorry to say as much as I love biggby coffee their service is as slow as humanly possible unless you have 20 minutes to wait in line don't waste your time going here if there's anyone in front of you.
