Bought this coffee from kids fund raiser and loved it. I also now ordered more

I can’t say enough good about Berres Brothers. The coffee is excellent. The customer service is better. I recently put in an order for 10 pounds of beans and accidentally ordered ground instead of whole beans. I realized it a short while after placing the order. I called and left a VM asking if there was anything they could do. Sandi MacWilliams called me back and so kindly fixed my mistake. She was so nice. Customer service like that is what makes loyal customer. Thank you again to Sandi!

Great selection and I like that I can grind the beans myself to work the best in my French press. Coarse grind fits us best. Enjoying a cup at one of the tables inside to get some work done is great as well.

The coffee is very delicious. It has a yummy flavor and is very smooth.

Absolutely love the giant selection of coffee they have! Great variety! I stopped in on an afternoon, 20 minutes before close, and it appeared they had already shut down which was a little disappointing but they still took my order and were friendly about it. Hope to come back and visit when they aren’t closing down for the day!

Huge, expensive drinks full of fake flavors and low quality coffee. The beans you can buy are similar in that they try to mask extremely low quality beans with chemical-like flavors. Also the pastries are disgusting, tough and obscenely sugary. Finally, our simple order of 3 items was wrong in multiple ways.

Go literally anywhere else instead.

I just bought a Keurig. Berres coffee is one of my favorites. So I ordered an assortment package of K-Cups.The coffee is so smooth and tasty. My favorite is hazelnut crème!

They had a huge selection of prepackaged flavored coffee and the prices were reasonable. We picked up a variety of pods, ground coffee and whole beans to try. They also sell coffee drinks and bakery, but I didn't try it this time. Definitely will be back when I need to restock.

Came here today at 12:30. Ordered an iced white mocha, with no whip cream... obviously that is not what I got. The checker was extremely slow, got my name completely wrong and took 15 minutes to make this.
First time here. Wont be back. I'll spend the extra 30 minutes and drive to creek
