IF YOU LIKE THE FEEL OF EATING IN A LOUD, CEMENT, ECHO CHAMBER WITH TIN CHAIRS, AND NO ABILITY TO HEAR THE PEOPLE YOU ARE WITH…GO TO “GRACE” IN VERONA!! FOOD WAS OK, BUT NOT WORTH THE ATMOSPHERE!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.

Great food and service. Cool interior in the high ceiling/cement floor kind of way that's popular right now but which does not make for the coziest atmosphere.

This is my favorite breakfast and lunch place with the best coffee. It is pricy so I can’t go all the time. But I love coming for a Treat Yo Self day.

When went inside to eat, it has been excellent. The drive-thru is another story. Had two experiences where the order was wrong (not a big deal) for minor things. Asked for a large coffee and got a small. Asked for a breakfast wrap and they gave me a wrap.
Both times it was the same lady at the drive-thru window and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and it showed in her responses. I can fully understand having a bad day and being annoyed, but this was the 2nd time. I think going forward, it’s best to eat inside or not go at all.

Met some friends there for lunch. Lots of beautiful options for lunch. The atmosphere is beautiful and airy. The food was tasty.

Great breakfasts. Lots of food. I recommend the breakfast wrap with chorizo.
Pastries are behind glass but exposed to the open air.

Food is okay, service is terrible.
Upon arriving you basically have to wait for someone to come up and actually talk to you at the register before you’re able to place your order. Not a big deal but it’s a little annoying that you have to wait for someone to notice you.
Came in this morning, put in an order, got my coffee and was told to wait for my food. Twenty minutes later I discover that my order was never put in, and hence I had to wait even longer to get my sandwich and get out of there.
The food and atmosphere is fine but the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes total to get a quick sandwich and coffee is really upsetting.

Stale scones and then the Brunch Tostada, which contains refried beans, was served cold. I let a staff member know and was told that my meal probably should have been served warm but she made no offer to help. Very disappointing food and service.

Visit 10/3/22 for lunch. Chicken tenders were way over cooked (dark brown in color) and dry. The frittata breakfast egg dish was dry. Water was room temp with no ice available. Service was slow. No staff came to check on our order or to remove the dishes. Entire meal was self service so why the tip jar? Was not impressed.

Grace Coffee has warned me that they are updating their menu very soon! Here is one thing that I don't anticipate changing:
ALL of the pastries are XL, which you might not think, if you're a drive-thru customer or text menu reader. The fruit custard danish and cinnamon rolls are standout-enormous.
We just tried their brunch and it's also big. Two not-very-hungry people or and adult and child could share one plate.
