Order the lunch special. 99% of the people there were eating the lunch special! What we had was great ( fries excellent) but we envied everyone else.

EDIT - removed 2 stars for rudeness and general unwelcome vibe. We've been feeling out of place the last few times we've gone. This last time is the last time. We arrived well before their closing hours. The guy behind the counter yelled that they were closed (over and over). The place was still full and the server was still bringing food to tables. Is it politics? Don't care. We're done.

Politics aside, this is the classic small town Americana Diner. Be prepared to seat yourself, see a ton of locals, and be amazed by the prices, and have an endless supply of coffee delivered by a native but friendly server that won't be afraid to give you a touch of sass if you ask for it :)
If you love breakfast you will NOT be disappointed.

Got the biscuits and gravy, hot damn so good. They put the biscuit right on the griddle and give it an amazing crust, would get 10x over.

Great food & plenty of it. Very good prices. Very friendly staff! Locals are friendly & enjoy this home town Cafe'. Highly recommended!

Great little diner with freakishly low prices! I ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and green beans and was given what appeared to be an entire chicken for $8. Good, fresh, homemade diner food in a casual and friendly environment. Can’t go wrong!

First time here on a fishing trip. Awesome little diner. Food is amazing. So happy they have returned from COVID shutdown. Great to have a business acting normal again. I had the biscuits and gravy which was very good. But the hash brown omelet looked supper good.... next time.

A carhart workman place at 5:30 am Good regular small restaurant generous breakfast. Good service. Has a t rump sticker and the server wears an "I offend you?" Bla bla bla t shirt. Signs threatening one if they do not like your attitude. Signs supporting the flag and the police. My first step in extending a hand to the enemy to cease the divisions.

Towns need more places like this! The food was DELICIOUS and perfectly done! The prices were perfect! We actually went here twice during our vacation!! The owner was so nice and friendly, treating us like regulars. The coffee was piping hot and I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere of this mom & place!! Definitely noted for future reference!!

Terrific small cafe...home cooking here! Staff is friendly and service is quick (even if you don't think you have time to sit down you do here). Cash only, but can't beat the prices!
