Coffees were great! I didn’t catch the girls name, but she was very patient and helped a couple of deaf customers ahead of me today. She handled everything so well and her customer service was great! Also being short staffed, they are all working very hard! PLEASE STAY PATIENT AND KIND WITH THE WORKERS.
This is my wife's favorite coffee shop and for good reason. The baristas are always incredibly friendly and the speciality drinks are always delicious!! We are in Sun Prairie often and over the moon that they opened a shop there. They are way better than Starbucks!! Go there and taste what you've been missing!!
I recently moved from West Madison, near the University Street Moka, so I was really excited (literally squealed with joy) when this location opened up! The same great coffee and great folks making it. My favorites are the Chaipaccino (you can get it blended 😋) and Jamaican cool brew. Also, while I miss the cheese and herb croissants, their cinnamon rolls are a delicious new find!
They got my order right and it was delicious. Immediate 5-stars. However, they also got my wife's order right, which I feel we should maybe carry around some sort of trophy to hand out when that happens. You want coffee but with a million alterations and to avoid turning around to review what you received? Apparently, this is the right place.
I love Moka, but this one misses the mark. Every other time we come, our drinks are wrong and we don't don't customize them. We waited in line for 15 minutes with 3 cars, and when we got to the window over 4 staff was just standing around talking. And when we did finally get our drinks, you couldn't drink one because it was all ice, and the other was pure milk. (We ordered a blended oreo latte) This one is so close to home, but I would rather drive the 15 extra minutes and go to one that cares and gets my order right.
Place is nice people are friendly. I ordered a plain latte and it was sweet, which is why the 4 of 5. But otherwise excellent place. My bro only gets his coffee there.
The woman at the drive up window was very conscientious. She repeated my order twice (3 drinks with special instructions) because she wanted to make sure she had it right. She said between masks and traffic noise she always double checks. Much appreciated 😊.
I love Moka and have been stopping at the locations in the Madison area for years. But my first visit to the location in Sin Prairie was not a good experience! I ordered 2 sugar free Orange Sunset Mochas . I get sugar free because I'm diabetic. I asked how many pumps of the orange was in the drinks because they informed me that the orange syrup was not sugar free. I compensated for this, However about 45 minutes after having finished my mocha my sugar skyrocketed to over 300! I believe my mocha was not sugar free!! I'm not happy!!!

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. I had an iced mocha and my friend had the mixed berry smoothie. Both very delicious!
