An amazing bakery treats high quality baking. Like from my German Grandma! Check out this Carmel pecan chocolate sticky bun! Almond scones are a must buy. I only wish they could be open more days.

Very good bakery, and, when they’ve got it, other items like the whitefish salad are excellent. Hours and selection are limited, but you can call ahead during the week and special order.

Just lovely! An absolute MUST for experiencing Door County. The treats are downright delicious, and the couple who has owned the place for years are simply wonderful people. Their daughter is a pleasure too 😊 Stop in for a fantastic treat and quaint experience.

Stopped in to get a few bakery items and was shocked by the prices for the size and the quality. The prices weren't consistently on display with the items in the case and it wasn't clear if the price was for one or multiple items. I'm from Madison, WI so I don't mind paying $3.50 for a brownie but not when it's barely 1.5 inches square. The flavor was good but it was pretty dry. I also purchased bite sized mini carrot cakes (literally bite sized) that I only found out at check out were $2.25 each! The guy behind the counter did throw in a free one after I expressed my surprise. They tasted great... but the price might have affected my enjoyment of the flavor. The chocolate chip cookies were at least a larger portion for the price ($2.75) but tasted at least a day old. I would say do your wallet a favor and head to Door County Coffee and Tea shop for more variety and fresher baked goods.

What stands out for me was the friendly welcome from the owners here. It's a real family business with Mom in the kitchen, Pop out front and Daughter serving—and they all engaged with us with smiles and great humour. The breakfasts—we sampled four different dishes among our group—were all hearty and delicious. And the interior is full of curiosities that kept us entertained. Our two-year-old daughter loved the play corner too!

Lovely old building, now turned restaurant and bakery. My sister and I stopped by for a late lunch last Friday around 2 pm. Their menu featured both breakfast and lunch fare. My sister had the smoked whitefish salad sandwich, served with a side salad. I chose the salad with a whitefish cake. The salads were fantastic, with multitudes of fresh veggies and fruits, accompanied by a light vinaigrette dressing. The whitefish cake was a tad salty but very tasty, as was the whitefish salad sandwich. We each had cherry ice tea, which was excellent. Light cherry flavor was not overwhelming and added a fresh tartness to the tea.

The atmosphere is charming with the multiple tables covered in retro 60-70's floral tablecloths, covered in glass. They were beautiful! The large windows were open and a fresh, cool breeze swept through. There is a bakery counter, full of home made goodies, from cherry crisp to cherry cupcakes. They also served specialty coffees and teas. We would definitely come back to Town Hall Bakery again.

FYI: they no longer serve hot breakfast. We drove here based on the pictures and reviews but was let down when we walked in. At this time there is no indoor seating and it's really a grab and go.

This place is adorable in a great location. I was just checking out the store and couldn't find any dairy free products so I didn't taste anything, but their bakery looked excellent. They have a few antiques and some jewelry for sale as well. The other customers were far warmer than the employee. Worth stopping in.

Was super duper craving pancakes or a breakfast and was kinda disappointed to find they no longer serve breakfast dishes, only counter items. Monkey bread was delightful and coffee was great - but ugh, I wanted those pancakes. Nice service, friendly owner.

We wanted a fast breakfast and were told thr cinnamon rolls were good. We went on a Sunday, when most breakfast places are stocked and not much to get excited about. We ordered coffee and waited for cinnamon rolls as we were told it'd be roughly 15 minutes. 10 minutes later we were told they weren't actually being made and the baked goods we got were just ok. What's worse is 2 basic coffees, scone and coffee cake was around $14!!! I will not return...I'll drive to a close city for breakfast first.
