Clean and simple interior, good lighting and atmosphere. Comfortable enough to spend some time. Good coffee,I am a dark roast guy so I need to discover what works for me but I’m also open to trying lighter roasts as well. Simple but well thought out menu. Reasonable prices, nice staff. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Amazing cozy little spot in the old Water street grill building. Definitely an upgrade from the old. Nice legible menu, amazing food using local bread from Main Grain bakery. Just an all around good vibe with nice people working.

A fantastic addition to our wonderful community! Really beautiful atmosphere in a downtown location near the river. The crepes with banana and nutella were delicious (as was the espresso and iced latte!) and I'll certainly be back soon to try more.

Ashley at Chiro-One recommended Ruby’s when I asked what was open on a Monday for lunch. Ordered the Rainbow Salad with a cup of Tea and an iced tea to go. I relocated to a table when one became available, and was joined by a couple (Nance & Brian) also there for the first time. Salad was delish & both teas excellent! A really friendly atmosphere, very clean cafe, well organized and efficient staff, and quiet enough to carry on conversation at our table, as we visited for near an hour! Totally recommend Ruby’s and I will surely become a frequent guest! Check out the variety of choices on their menu-food & beverages! Enjoy❣️

This is a great coffee shop! Clean, spacious with multiple seating areas, there is a good food menu, and they're local coffee roasters!! I meet my good friend here regularly and it's always busy, but we can still discuss privately. They have delicious baked goods, too!! A couple of days ago when we were there, they were hiring kitchen help-looks like a great place to apply!! :))

I love coming to Ruby when I am home! Of course the drinks are great but the bakery is where it’s at! Omg the veggie scones are always soooooo good and the coffee cheesecake from Maingrain was the absolute best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Ruby’s is a must when you’re in Central Wisconsin.
