On a mini-vacation, I recently had the pleasure of discovering Caribou Coffee in Stevens Point, just a short walk from our hotel. I had my usual sugar-free caramel iced crafted press with a shot of espresso, a perfect treat for those who crave a touch of sweetness without the guilt. Caribou Coffee has masterfully crafted a caramel flavor that is rich, smooth, and utterly delectable. What sets it apart is its ability to deliver that delightful caramel taste without the overwhelming sugary sweetness found in other alternatives. This location is drive thru or walk up only with a couple tables for outdoor seating. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I used the app to order in advance and it was ready when I arrived less than 5 minutes later. Caribou beats Starbucks in my book!

I love this new little Caribou! My lattes always taste great and are ready really quickly. I love my local coffee shops as well, but this is a super convenient drive-thru location and I like the flavor of their lattes a bit more than Starbucks. Very happy to have a Caribou in this area now! :)

I'm back on the bandwagon of coffee! The wait is always short. The coffee and crew are amazing. The Girls that work there are quick and efficient as hell. My bird Helios loves the trips to this shop more so than that other coffee place... also their Egg Pesto Sandwich is pretty dang good.

I'd been here a few times since it had opened, and I was really excited that something other than Starbucks was in town-and even closer to my home! However, everything I've gone I've been disappointed in the quality of the coffee drink or food I've ordered. I ask for a latte or cappuccino with some flavor and it hardly tastes like a coffee drink. Too much syrup for me. This place is better suited for those that like sweet treats or coffe-esque drinks. The croissant sandwich I got was good but it was so greasy that it was soaking through the wrapper. I'm sticking with the competitor for my weekly coffee treat for now.

So glad we have a local Caribou! Beats Starbucks any day!! I've always had a friendly experience with staff as well. Please note this is drive thru only at this location.

Good coffee, however it's the little details that are missed at this location. For example, Chai tea latte requested to have it spiced, end result is no spice. Another example, campfire mocha, coffee is good but no marshmallows . If I pay for my drink and charged $6, I would like to have consistency and follow through.

Absolutely laughable experience.
Been here four times, only left with coffee once. How does this place remain open if 50% of inventory is out of stock? I won't waste my time again. You could have made 20 bucks off me if you knew how to do stock orders. If you come here in point prepare for an emaciated menu with many out of stock stickers. Hot trash 🗑️ 🔥

Always great customer service, drinks are out fast and the turtle mocha is amazing!

I went through their drive through this morning and asked if they had the Caribou Coffee matcha drink with coconut coffee jellies (I couldn't remember what it was called). The person taking the order said yes, but when I got the drink it was just a plain iced matcha latte. I would have gone back and asked for the correct drink, but they were very busy, the line was moving slow, and I had somewhere to be so I decided it would be best to leave instead of holding them up any more. The cup had more ice than drink in it and tasted like watered down milk. They did just open so I understand that the employees are probably just getting used to working there but I can't help being upset about paying $6.53 for watery ice milk.
