This place is adorable and the baristas are so friendly and welcoming! Coffee was delicious not to mention. Glad I stopped by!

What a gem to find while driving down the highway from Dubuque to Beloit. Pat and Shelly have transformed an old coffee shop into a shining star on the main drag of Shullsburg. The fresh pastries would stand out in any bakery anywhere. To find them on a rural highway makes them even more appreciated. Especially tasty are the cinnamon rolls! Old fashioned rolled puffy style! (See photo.) The coffee only adds to the experience. From what I could see, the rest of their offerings looked equally amazing and all that I could see were happy faces.

If you live in the area, Pat brings in national music performers on some Friday evenings. His son is the rising star Dylan Doyle who pops in now and then.

Do yourself a favor and stop in if you’re ever passing by.

The bacon breakfast sandwich is delicious! I also got the pumpkin frappe and that was great as well!

Quaint little place, looks restored with a rustic feel. Great hot chocolate and breakfast pizza.

First time there. Very friendly and the bacon and tomato sandwich is delicious and my tea with fruit was lovely.

Great place to stop for a coffee and a nice soundtrack to sip it by. Look forward to our next trip into the area as we will stop back in.

Only had a Chai Tea. It was great. Staff was very personable, helpful. Great pricees.
