Probably my favorite coffee shop in ozaukee, and I'm pretty sure I've seen them all. A choice of hot coffees from different roasters (usually including anodyne, and stone creek), good bakery including great gluten free. Not overcrowded and with more comfortable seating. Well lit, peaceful, great for studying or visiting alone or in groups. Baristas always super friendly!

There is nothing bad you can say about this place. The coffee is great, the food is fabulous, the staff are warm and friendly and the owners care deeply about the business and the community. We are lucky to have this place in PW.

Java Dock has been a mainstay of Port Washington for over two decades. I've visited it throughout much of the time it's been here and felt it grow into a place that just feels like a second home. Every new owner has found ways to evolve the business, menu and location while keeping it friendly, tasty, healthy and community-supportive and after every transition still really allowed the café to become a living place all its own. Honestly it's the very best place in Port to spend time just sitting (alone, with friends or associates, with a phone, book, guitar!) while sipping some of the best prepared coffee from the best Milwaukee area roasters alongside beautiful baked goods and brunch. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic cold brew coffee! Amazing bagel sandwich. Delicious avocado toast. Super friendly barista! Can't wait to stop back here on our next trip to the lake.

This has been my favorite hangout for years, even as the ownership has changed hands. The atmosphere is always welcoming and lends itself to quiet work or intimate conversations. The baristas are always friendly and prompt. This is definitely a gem or Port Washington!

Awesome little coffee shop, my favorite one in downtown Port Washington. Great selection of both drinks and food, and everything I have tried is delicious. The upstairs has lots of space to sit and enjoy your coffee or do some work.

I love local coffee shops. So I'm visiting all the ones I see on Google maps in small towns across Wisconsin and I'm biking through the towns. Good coffee, small relaxing little places, and good variety of drink choices. Decent amount of seating

I recently hosted a wedding shower here, and Chad completely took care of us. We were able to decorate the upstairs seating area and have hot food and coffee for our guests. The baker even made a special wedding themed dessert for us upon request. Hosting our event at Java Dock was an incredible value, and Chad was absolutely available, helpful, and accommodating while we were planning and on the day of the event. Everything ran smoothly and we had a wonderful time!

I would have rated this a 5 star coffee shop except for the bathroom experience. There is no bathroom for the shop except for the shared bathroom (with other suites) located up a set of stairs, through a door, down the hall, out the "exit" door and around the corner. And no signage directing me along the way. I had to ask someone in one of the suites. The great part about this coffee shop is AWESOME COFFEE and HOMEMADE in house SWEET TREATS that are also AWESOME. Hubby had banana bread and I had blueberry scone.

This is in response to the previous review. I just wanted to let you know there is seating upstairs for you to enjoy your coffee. The coffee is actually very delicious compared to most local coffee shops in the area especially their specialty drinks.
