For a place called Kups I was not disappointed by receiving a the cup of coffee. The ice cream, however, was not served in a cup, so that was false advertising, but I'll let it slide tho.

Great service and a nice small place to grab a cup of coffee or a small breakfast treat. They also have ice cream too.
