Scooter's Coffee

Love scooters!!! I work just down the street. I try to stop on my way to work almost every morning to get a drink and a delicious muffin! The staff is super friendly.

Great drinks, fast service, friendly workers. I have never been disappointed by this Scooter's location. Such a convenient stop on my drive to class.

This place is SO GREAT!!! YOU CAN ORDER AHEAD AND THE LADIES ARE SO NICE THAT HELPED ME WITH MY ORDER. I Like the Hours That Scooters have and I like that after work when I'm done working 3rd shift or for anyone that is going to work here is a little coffee here and a little refreshing drink here.

The first time I went it was really good got the CarmeliciousBlender. We have since been back twice now and ordered the candy bar blenders they taste nothing like the candy bar you pick out we even asked for less expresso thinking that might help and it was still very strong with a bitter taste. We spent $21.00 bucks again and they got dumped out.

Hands down the best coffee shop around for three big reasons - great coffee, easy and fast ordering, and great service. Hard to believe but none of the other coffee shops around can seem to figure this out. Very happy to have Scooters in our neighborhood!

The coffee was horrible and the service was even worse. First they messed up our order and told us to go around back into line so we did. Then a worker walked out with our drinks and we had to yell at them from the drive thru to give us the coffee even though they told us to go back in line. Also, the rewards system is horrible! In the end just go to Dunkin Donuts if you want great coffee and great rewards! Very disappointed!

Very disappointing. Ordered a hot decaf latte what I got was not decaf and the milk had not been steamed. The drink wasn’t even Luke warm. It was cold milk with a little heat coming from the espresso. I repeated the order twice and it was repeated back to me twice. I Will not return.

Our drinks were awesome and our pup loved her pup cup too.

First experience: I just ordered 2 Ham & Cheddar and 2 Bacon Ciabatta sandwiches, as well as a cinnamon roll. The sandwiches were individually bagged and then put into bigger bag. The first issue we encountered was the lack of labeling for the sandwiches. Inside each bag, the sandwiches had slid apart, so taking them out of the bag was a messy affair. It was evident before our first bites that the food was microwaved. A mix of rubbery and chewy textures made eating the sandwiches unpleasant. The bacon was undercooked, the “cheese” can’t be anything Wisconsin would be proud of; the eggs were spongy discs on ciabatta while the eggs on the one deemed only as a sandwich were rubber discs. Even my dog turned up his nose.

We held out hope for the cinnamon roll, but that was dashed with lack of flavor of the roll and the overwhelming sweetness of the icing.

While I waited, I watched while a muffin was removed from its plastic packaging, tossed into the microwave, and then repackaged for the consumer.

The only reason for 2 star attainment was the excellent attitude of the order taker and the person working the window.

I didn’t buy coffee, and now I feel it’s unlikely that I ever will. So sad it didn’t work out. Guess I’m back to the KT hotspot for breakfast.

I stop every morning and love the experience. I had one concerning experience (2nd day open) and corporate contacted me IMMEDIATELY and the store owner/manager contacted me IMMEDIATELY after and the communication was amazing between us both! They really care about their customers and personalize the experience and tailor the marketing to be different. I love the small town feel vs the corporate feel of customer service! Keep it up!! The Isaax review is strange because they were not even open 2 weeks ago. Today is their second week so that is very confusing!
