Great cinnamon roll. (No picture because I ate it too fast!) Coffee was "meh". I had the medium roast Costa Rica. The flavor is fine, but it seemed a bit watery/weak. The baristas were great, though.
Cold brew tasted weird. I also asked for less so I could add cream but there was no cream to add. My wife's smoothie was really good though. Staff was also very friendly
I came in with my family for coffee. I’m not the type who can order craft coffee with any amount of confidence, and it showed. The barista asked if she could just make me something I would like and said if I didn’t like it I could get something different. Needless to say, it was amazing. Would definitely come back.
Yesterday was my first time trying out the coffee here and i can say it was great!i usually drink dunkin everyday but i just moved in the area so this is closer to travel too before class! However i told the lady working the register today i wanted a cold brew with whole milk and carmel! I repeated it twice only for to tell me my coffee was ready and i got the counter and realized it was missing the milk! I said hey is it milk and here she said “NO! You didnt ask for it!“ I find that to be the rudest thing to say to a customer! I like lady i am wide awake I know what i requested because i said it twice maybe you didnt hear me lol! But i have worked in customer service for over 15 years and now run my own business! I would never tell a customer they didnt ask for something even if they didn’t because perharps the mistake could be on the the worker end! Its rude!
I went in this morning. Spend almost $15 on coffee and the barista was super rude, didn’t say a word to us when we walked in, then got our orders completely wrong. I go in all the time and have no problem but this experience definitely made me not want to come back ever.
With all the coffee shops in the city either closed temporarily or even permanently due to COVID, I was surprised to see a new spot pop up. Fiddleheads is in the new BMO Tower, and it is incredible! The shop has an urban theme, and I am far impressed by the amount of sitting space available to get stuff done. Since COVID, I've had the most challenging time focusing at home, so I am glad that now I can come here and enjoy my newfound favorite shop. I highly recommend the iced coconut matcha with oat milk; thanks to Paula, the fabulous barista, for the recommendation.

Pretty inside, nice place to meet for coffee. Their lattes are so good! A little pricey for pastries and sandwiches but they are good. Nice staff.

Wonderful option for breakfast and tea that’s a quick five minute walk from my workplace. The employees are absolutely wonderful.
