Colectivo Coffee at the Foundry

Colectivo (all locations) have the best menu - love the daily quiches and specials. The coffee is superb, and this location has a really nice patio area, it's fairly easy to find parking, and it's usually not too busy if you want to stay awhile to get some work done.

To be honest, my husband is not a fan of their coffee and I don't drink coffee, so we never actually have gone in since we moved to MKE 8 months ago. I was hangry and desperately looking for a place w a breakfast sandwich before work (my office is about 2 blocks away), so I went into Collectivo and shocked by what I found. I think I was expecting it to be like Stone Creek or Starbucks (a pretty blah bakery w limited options) but WOW. Not the case at all.

So many amazing option. REAL bagels. Perfect zucchini bread (My favorite since I was a little girl! Not many people make it!). Pop Pastries. Cookies. My hubby really liked the goodies I brought back to the office too. I have yet to try their sandwich menu, but I'm excited to go back in for lunch.

I really did want to give it 5 Stars, but my hubby isn't a fan of their coffee and their tea to me was meh, (I will admit we are coffee & tea snobs). But literally based on their bakery, great atmosphere and friendly staff alone we will come back at least once a week moving forward!

Very good coffee and food at reasonable prices. They even offer extra large sizes. Plenty of intriguing items for sale in the way of coffee cups, brewers, etc. Street parking and parking lot available. Outdoor seating available.

I wanted something quick. it took way to long to get just an iced coffee. Aren’t coffee shops supposed to have simple syrup? Is that to much to ask? Don’t go here if your in a hurry. They wanted me to wait a few extra minutes for them to make some simple syrup. I didn’t have time for that or to ask for a return which i should have!

Standard Colectivo experience - this is a great spot for working remotely or meeting up with others. Nice table spaces inside and out. Reliable Wi-Fi, always nice staff, good menu (hot and cold items) and of course coffee!

My favorite coffee in the city of Milwaukee at one of my favorite locations to grab it. Great on your way in or out of downtown. Friendly staff and a great place to get work done or just relax with friends.

Bonfire Mocha latte and the spiced apple cider are amazing! Will definitely be back while visiting Wisconsin.

I'm a big fan of Blue Heeler, but find it strange that you can buy it cheaper at other places they sell it even all the way to Burlington, then at the foundry??? That says a lot... cinnamon rolls are awesome!!!

Nice, cozy place with a simple but warm interior and beautiful terrace outside. Very nice service and excellent coffee!

What great designs this company brings to both old and brand new buildings in the Metro area! Every one different....but all featuring great, strong coffee and some of the best bakery in town.
