BIGGBY COFFEE

Very disappointed in my last three visits. I love the cinnamon spice tea latte and treat myself once week. Was given a coffee three weeks ago by mistake and the last two weeks lattes had no flavor. Like drinking hot watered down milk. Miss the previous baristas who did an amazing job. So disappointed.

Great coffee shop in a town that doesn't have that big chain from Seattle. Espresso doesn't have that skunky taste that you get at some mom-and-pop shops (supposed to be roasted, not burnt), so that's a plus. They have some English muffin sandwiches, plus an interesting concoction involving Red Bull.

Great atmosphere, it's exciting to watch the process of mixing nitrogen with the cream to make spectacular ice cream. It was hilarious watching my grandkids watching the "clouds" roll high in the air and then to the floor. They danced with glee! Very friendly staff. What more can one ask for?

This is my favorite place to get coffee. A Starbucks opened across the road and I STILL choose to go here. They are so much better!

Their espresso isn't my favorite but as good as it gets in Central Wi. Cost is a bit spendy $$$ Don't go inside if your in a hurry, the drive-thru is faster! They do have free-Wifi which is a nice bonus!

Adria and Dylan are the absolute best. They provide such a fun and friendly environment for their customers and they remembered my order so fast. Absolute best coffee and breakfast in Marshfield 🙂

Really good coffee and generally excellent customer service. I recall them getting my drink wrong and giving me both my drink that I ordered and the incorrect one

Not a good experience, but the only actual "coffee shop" open before I needed to leave town. There was one person working and they didn't acknowledge me until she had completed all the drive thru orders...annoying.

When I did order a basic cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso she made it fast. Too fast. I was pleasantly surprised...until I tried it when I got on the road (my bad, should have tried it in the store and gotten a refund!). The espresso was weirdly burnt without being strong, which made me thing she just used drip coffee since she was way to fast to pull three shots of espresso. Then the milk...was hot, but not at all frothy. I heard the steam wand but I'm not sure how she used it. Even a poorly frothed cappuccino should at least result in enough foam to pretend its a latte! I realize this sounds a bit too picky, but come on. A half way decent american-ized cappuccino is something every coffee shop should be able to at least imitate. Genuinely disappointed, enough so that I'm writing this almost a week later after being reminded how horrible the drink was (I tried to drink it, but it got tossed!).

Been sitting in line for 30 minutes. I ordered my coffee and cant get out of line. They have only served one car and there are 2 more ahead of me.

Update. when I finally got to the window. the clerk looked me and walked away. So I drove off. 50 minutes wasted and no coffee

Used to enjoy coming here, the staff was very friendly, very welcoming environment. Has really gone downhill in the past months. Feels like you are bothering the staff now for ordering. The floors could be cleaned at times, the table for sitting outside is never set out anymore, very disappointing.
