Mercies Coffee

The drinks and food were great the atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was so nice. I got a seasonal hot apple cider and it was delicious! We got one of the fresh baked pastries and it was absolutely yummy! The place just has such a positive energy to it. We sat and read and journaled and talked a little bit and it felt comfortable and welcoming. They have a cute little fireplace in the middle of the main room if you get one of those seats. But even if you don't having a fireplace going on a cold winter day just makes it feel even more cozy and welcoming. My only regret is that they aren't a little closer to us. But whenever we're in that part of town we will be finding a reason to stop by for a while. All around wonderful!

Beautiful shop, friendly people, great coffee, and all the food I've had from them has been fantastic. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, and the patio is a great place to hang out during the warmer weather. The seasonal drinks are SO good. Definitely a Saturday morning favorite.

Mercies consistently makes the best espresso drinks! Love the variety of delicious food items they offer as well. The atmosphere is relaxing with a modern vibe. And their staff is so friendly & helpful - which unfortunately I can’t say about every coffee shop.

This is my husband & my favorite coffee shop! We have done both coffee dates and remote work from here and it never disappoints.

My husband helped design/install their signage/graphics when he worked for a sign company down in Madison and always wanted me to try it when working remotely. I was hooked the minute I took my first sip of their dirty brown sugar-nutmeg chai.

They truly have the best chai and coffee we've ever had, the staff is always very friendly, and it always feels clean and open in there. The large windows make it feel much less like a traditional enclosed coffee shop. We will always recommend Mercies to our friends and family!

A friend recently recommended Mercies to us and it’s been a wonderful find. The coffee is excellent, the espresso drinks are perfectly mixed every time, the staff is kind and pleasant, and both Hubby and I enjoy the food. I’m used to getting things to go when we order coffee from somewhere, but this is one place I’m comfortable lingering in as we drink our coffees and eat our breakfasts. It’s a comfortable space with a fireplace, a patio and comfortable seating. It's nice being in there. Mercies is definitely a little gem of a cafe near East Towne that we’lll love visiting often.

My life group meets here frequently. We all enjoy a variety of their beverages & food. Great fresh & tasty ingredients.

Coffee was great. Lattee with oat milk and honey. Good stuff. Ambience was alright, but highlighted with a kid friendly area. Nice touch!

The shop provided coffee and lunch for a workshop we ran over the weekend, coming in early and even opening on Sunday to take care of us. Fantastic customer service, beautiful location, and great food and coffee! A treasure of a coffee shop!
