Gloria Jean's Coffees West Towne Mall

Really good coffee, and nice flavored drinks too, but sometimes they can be cloyingly sweet. Try the Butter Rum or Irish Cream, but anything more chocolate-y than a regular mocha might be a bit much.

I'm sure the sweet flavored drinks are great but the basic cup of coffee tastes like your standard diner coffee that's been sitting in a coffee pot all day on a hot burner. Not a good flavor and is scalding hot.

When I lived here, every time I went to the mall I drank some coffee from here. It’s the best and I can tell you that I really miss it!

Not a bad coffee place. The staff was friendly and the coffee was decent, not my favorite place to get coffee, but somewhere I might go if I’m nearby.

They're always "out" of the Gloria Jean's Special Blend coffee beans, their signature coffee, when I'm looking to buy. The teenagers working behind the counter don't bother looking to see if they have any in stock and are usually quite rude.

There coffee is amazing but the Gourmet breakfast bowl is horrible if I wanted to have ham sandwich meat cut up breakfast patties and not fresh eggs I would have gone somewhere else very disappointed in you guys not to mention the grease is just horrible 7.95 for this I would have paid $2

So much better than Starbucks!! Make it a point to come here if I go to West Towne Mall. Sometimes its the only reason I stop at the mall.

I like how they have multiple flavors of teas here, and the brownies they have here are pretty delicious. They use monetti syrup btw, so if you want to drink flavored lattes and such, see if you like them first. The prices are reasonable, but a little bit more expensive than the Starbucks across the street. If you're just getting a coffee id say go here, but If you want a fancy drink, then it's cheaper to go across the street to the Starbucks
