Mocha Moment

We had the pleasure of going inside today. It was really a cozy little place all a bustle with people. Very busy but was amazing. Service was quite attentive. Cutomers all smiles. AMAZING SELECTION OF FOODS AND DRINKS!!! I highly recommend them!!

Super good I come in a lot more with my friend. Cheap and has super good chocolate cake that I get everytime I go there. Going to get one for my birthday lol.

A hidden gem. Lots of people however very personal service.

So glad we stopped by. Delicious scones and strong rich coffee. Great atmosphere and food options.

I love everything about mocha moments from the delicious food and beverage menu to the cozy atmosphere with such nice and friendly staff!

First time customer for myself and husband and we both loved it. Great flavors to the coffee itself and the flavorings are good what ever brand they use. (He had a regular coffee with hazelnut added, I had a double mocha).
Would highly recommend and will be going back.

I didnt spend alot of time here but its a weird sort of cabin-in-the-woods style coffee shop. It was very busy and pretty cool! The coffee was great too!

Very disappointed today.
Been coming to MM forever and have always had a pleasant experience, however today really left me sour.

The red haired girl behind the counter waited on another person while I was clearly next.

Typically this wouldn’t have been a big deal but she knew I wasn’t too happy and said “whatever”.

This is not acceptable customer service and maybe the employees should ask who’s next before waiting on people.

This warm, cozy cafe has the best view and a great variety of hot and cold drinks. The staff are welcoming and friendly and I have never had an issue with my order. This coffee house is a 5 star experience and the best Janesville has to offer.

Tried this out for the first time, I got a hazelnut frappè. It was very good and inexpensive. I also had a garden turkey panini that was fresh, delicious, and only $5!
