Decent coffee, seems to sell a lot of cocktails too even though it really doesn't seem like a bar or lounge, maybe a good location for day drinkers that is less obvious than a bar. Staff seemed a smidge on the snotty side and were clearly upset with me trying to decide from the expansive menu despite the lack of other customers. Maybe they need to follow some of their notices and posters and be more tolerant.

Maybe the best iced latte I've ever had. I get mine with triple espresso and soy milk and they nailed it. It's a gorgeous space with lots of plants and dark wood, the staff were very friendly, and the pastry I got was super fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

The apple cider was FOUL. It had a strong chemical/trash taste, not quite sure how you would even do this to apple cider. It was honestly so bad that we couldn’t even just leave it sitting on the table because the smell would waft up, they should be ashamed to serve this to people. The other food/drinks we got in the same order (boba tea, lemon bar, peanut butter cookie were mediocre to bad. Will absolutely not be returning.

The food tasted good, I just thought it was pretty expensive. For me to get a coffee and breakfast it cost me $20. It does have a really cute aesthetic to it, if you're looking for a nice quiet coffee shop to chill this may not be for you. I went on a Saturday and they were very busy, difficult to even hear the people next to me.

I had a great experience here! The flavors are phenomenal. We tried 4 different kinds of drinks and all were delish! The sizes are a bit on the small side, but I will be back!

This was my first time here and I wished so much that I lived closer! So many good things here. I was in awe of the choices. I may not be able to come here everyday.....but certainly when I visit the town, this will be a must stop!

I came here for the first time and will definitely be back. There are SO many food and drink options. I had an iced caramel macchiato & the avocado BLT and they were both amazing. Great atmosphere!

So, the food is good and the drinks are decent but the girls who work at this place are unfailingly rude and unfriendly. The “customer service” persona is entirely lacking, smiles are reserved for coworkers during behind the counter gossip while customers are greeted with a blank, bored expression that feels very much as though they are annoyed by your intrusion and can’t wait for you to go away. Sometimes they don’t even make direct eye contact while taking your order, they just stare into space as though you are invisible or the task of taking your order is beneath them. Even if you are sitting right near the counter while waiting for your order and the store is nearly empty of other people, they will plop the food or drink down and shout the order while walking away without even sparing a look or heaven forbid a smile in your direction. There is ZERO effort to make the customer feel seen, heard, or appreciated. I almost never feel “welcome” here and often choose to go elsewhere simply for that reason.

Update: Good to see some diversity in the staff, there is a now a male barista who joined the team, and some other fresh faces as well. Service was friendlier, especially the gentleman who made my drink and delivered it with a smile. Hopefully a trend in the right direction. I wanted to leave a more favorable review.

Nice products but unfriendly staff. I asked for coffee cream and the clerk was upset she had to remove it from the cooler. My goodness! Go to Jersey Mike's to see how customers are treated kindly!! Try greeting customers and say thank you with appreciation!!
