I ordered a Thornberry brew today. It was delicious and not too sweet. I've been here a few times now, and the baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they call it their brew, it definitely feels special ordering here.

Very nice aesthetic place for a good, real cup of coffee. I ordered an iced oatmilk latte and it was the best I have ever had. My friend ordered an iced latte with maple sauce and she loved it, she said it was a “splendid cup of joe”. The workers are so kind and welcoming. I will be coming back here again, and I recommend you should too!

Delicious lattes made with really good quality espresso. The foam on our latte and cortado was top notch. So creamy and delicious.
The place itself is cozy and welcoming. Very glad to have found it. Definitely coming going back on regular basis.

First time at @ember_and_bean_roasting and was not disappointed. This place is for everyone who really loves coffee, not just another chain coffee shop and for that I am grateful. Though the flavor profile of this pour over that i got isn't my usual cup of tea (excuse that bad pun), it's so complex and unique that I keep going back for more. Definitely will be coming back and recommend

Great relaxing atmosphere, and great service!

Stopped by this afternoon and grabbed a chai and a dealer's choice style order for myself. Everything was an 11/10! We couldn't have been happier and the service was TOP NOTCH. We for sure will be back again. Wonderful place, don't miss this awesome hidden gem by the river!

Such a fun atmosphere and so cozy! The baristas all know their stuff and are super friendly. And it doesn't hurt that they serve delicious St. Croix Baking Company treats. Oh, and they allow pups to hang out too, so I got my dog fix for the day! Love it!

Wonderful staff! Both workers smiled and greeted me when I walked in. The place looks amazing, and the coffee was FABULOUS! The staff recommend The Thing, and I am so glad I went with their recommendation!
