Dunn Brothers Coffee

Went to the uptown location and ordered one drink (iced raspberry white mocha) I asked 3 separate times if I could get my drink iced and they said yes, I waited and was given a hot tea. Then asked if it was the right drink. There was nobody else in line. 👁👄👁

Love my local Dunn Bros. Always friendly. Besides, it's the first coffee shop I've ever been to where the barista suggested that she put my medium coffee in a large cup so that not only would I have room for milk, but I would get the full amount of my coffee. Genius!!!

There was an extremely long wait for not a very long line. When we finally got to order the employee didn’t have knowledge on the register and we had to tell her what our change should be. When we were finally given our drinks there was no cream we requested and when we asked they gave it to us and we were attempting to put our lids on the counter collapsed spilt our coffee all over us and all over the floor. There was no acknowledgement from the workers on if we were ok, if they needed to clean the mess, or if we wanted a refill. We waited for five minutes and when nothing was happening we left. The coffee had yet to be cleaned and our pants and shirt had stained. I called later to speak with a manager on staff but they said there wasn’t one. Needless to say two high school girls should not be in charge of a business on a weekend, or at all for that matter.

The manager did reach out to me via email and phone to discuss the issue. She was very sympathetic and she was willing to reimburse us for the coffees that were never refilled and any damage done to our clothes.

Very friendly and talented barista staff. I am always greeted with a smile. They make the BEST oat milk latte! Large seating area to meet with friends or work/study.

Very good coffee and food! The environment was super cozy and there was lots of good seating. Workers were chill and friendly. Would definitely go back!

Great baristas, especially Chris! Avocado toast was amazing- perfectly cooked sunny side up egg. The staff suggested the Lavender Vanilla Latte, which I hated at first, but as I worked my way through the drink, I began to appreciate it's complex floral notes more.

The music was loud we asked if it could be turned down. The guy said if we would move to a different table it might be more quiet. The drink my +1 ordered was overpowering sweet. I mentioned to the barista he said: "Oh, sorry." That's all. A worker started cleaning the coffee roaster with a shop vacuum right next to us. A massive vacuum cleaner but at least it was loud enough to drown out the music.

The sandwiches they got are amazing. They are fresh and filling. Perfect lunch spot.

I was walking to town and only a block away from the Dunn Brothers in downtown Hudson and my husband and I tried to call in our order as we had our dog with us and know that this location is no longer dog friendly! We were told that we would need to go online rather than make a phone order. So we called Urban Olive and Vine across the street and they fulfilled our order and gave our dog a treat. Urban Olive and Vine will be our morning stop from now on!

Great coffee shop in down town Hudson. The manager, Hannah, is amazing! She, along with her crew, give great customer service. I love coming here.
