The Boulevard Restaurant & Bar

In town for a short assignment for work and was searching for somewhere to grab a good, somewhat healthy breakfast... When my wife and I arrived there was a very large group that had just ordered prior.

Our bartenders (who I am assuming are the owners) let us know there may be a little wait. We had waited less than 30 minutes to get our food, and yet, they were still very apologetic it took that long. So much so, that they gave us our second drink for free.

Blown away by the customer service we received. It is awesome to see that despite difficulties with staffing, they were still so attentive and friendly and held their establishment to a very high standard. You can tell they have established a record of good service as they were greeting customers by name, dishing out hugs, and creating a welcoming environment.

Will 100% be back!

My husband and I had a few questionable meals in the area before we ended up at the Boulivard for lunch. We loved the food so much we had to come back for dinner, which was just as amazing. Great owners and atmosphere. The Chef is outstanding! We will definitely come back on our next fishing trip. Thank you! Ps... We love Doug!

They now have a chef and a dinner menu that is amazing. Had the (fall off the bone) ribs which were excellent. Also have had the Nut Crusted Walleye twice. All dinners are served with a salad, veggies and a roll, so worth it.
Also have had their coffee, breakfast and lunch. It’s a great spot to stop and grab a quick breakfast or relax and have some lunch. Just keep in mind the new Dinner menu is served Thurs-Monday’s. First time we went for their new dinner menu it was on a Wednesday. So bummed but we still enjoyed a Pesto Chicken Panini. Great atmosphere. Owner Bob and his staff are very welcoming and attentive. This place is a must.

Food was not good. They try to make their food sound fancy and upscale, but use low quality ingredients. The result, bland overpriced food. Don't be fooled when you read the menu, sounds good, tastes mediocre.

Nice place, the staff was all super friendly and communicated with us an apologized for our wait ( party of 10 coming in right after dinner rush)
Several in our party ordered the ribs and enjoyed them. Salmon was good, as well as the Parmesan shrimp pasta.

Came up to the area and stopped for a few drinks and food. Food was mediocre for the price. When it came time to pay, the young bartender informed me I would be getting change back because I looked at the charge line over cash... I am a bartender myself, and she could've made the extra tip $ if she wasn't so snotty.

Great owner, great chef, great bar staff, and a fun place to hang out. They have a large wine section also

Wow, not sure what to say here. This was to date the worst restraunt experience I have ever had. The food was ok for the most part but my wife ordered a medium rare filet after the waiter discouraged her from ordering rare. Came out medium well, which can happen, but when we tried to send it back, the owner came to our table and became extremely belligerent. First he said that the steak was fine, which it very obviously wasn’t. He made no offer to make it better. He said, and I quote, “ That steak is fine and you will pay for that steak or I will have you arrested.” He went from 1 to psycho in about 2 seconds, in front of our 4 year old son. Wildly unprofessional and threatening. I cannot recommend anyone support a business run by someone who would behave in that manner.

First time there.. My steak Was ok i always order well done only cuz it always comes to me medium, my aunt on the other hand ordered medium and it came to the table rare!! She did not send it back only cuz the horror stories of what it might come back!! I dont think they mean it as a high end restaurant but the prices sure reflect it not impressed wont b back!!!!
