Went for a work lunch. Service was super fast despite a medium size group. Menu is large without being overbearing with many enticing options for someone looking for something healthy. The seafood salad was tasty, but a bit light portion-wise. The burgers everyone else got looked fantastic. Coffee servings were enormous and everyone seemed to enjoy both the location and the food.

First time here. Wow. Great atmosphere and service. Burger and Reuben were good and other plates going by our table looked good. Right downtown in Hartford. Tons of antiques all over to look at.

Come for the coffee, stay for the pie and enjoy everything else in between. My classic, juicy hamburger, served with lettuce and tomato, was topped with a hot, crispy mound of haystack onions. The homemade French Silk pie was rich, dense and creamy. Everything was delivered with a huge smile. You'll enjoy all this great Midwestern comfort food and friendliness in a cozy, upscale setting.

My husband is from Hartford, and when we go visit his parents we sometimes stop here, usually for breakfast. The food is very good, though the prices and portion sizes leave a little to be desired. In the past I’ve had the breakfast flatbread, which was delicious but hard to eat. This morning I had a whole grain Belgian waffle with fruit and whipped cream which was very good, and my husband had a piece of Oscar quiche and fruit. He said the quiche was good, but the piece was pretty small (not quite worth the $10 in my opinion) so he ended up also ordering a cup of soup. I do cut them a break with the pricing though, being an independent cafe in a small town you’re not going to be able to charge McDonalds prices obviously. So overall we do like this place and will continue going back.

Good food and Great coffee and tea with a unique and interesting decor and atmosphere. Super accommodating when we came in with a large family group.

We frequently go to Perc Place for lunch, and it is one of the best Cafes I've ever been to. Great service and staff, combination of cafe and bistro-type foods, and unique environment. The food is consistent and always delicious. Plus, it's a great place to grab a coffee and hang out. Highly recommend. 👌

I went here for the first time with my family yesterday. The place is nice and clean. All personnel was very nice. At 1PM we got our table right away. We ordered torta de milanesa (chicken) it was the best of all dishes we ordered. My wife had short ribs Mac and cheese, little too expensive for what it was. Flavor was okay, short ribs tender and Mac was firm (not over cooked). Third dish we had was the 'Wisconsin frittata'. It was very flavorful however the eggs were OVER COOKED.
In general our experience was very good. We would definitively go back when we have a chance.

Not a bad spot for dinner. Good quantity and quality of food. I did feel like there was room for improvement in the general dining atmosphere, for example two chairs I tried were wobbly (like broken kind of wobbly). I thought for the slightly upscale menu options/offerings the overall establishment would be of higher quality in terms of look and feel.
