Caribou Coffee

We love Caribou Coffee, but the drinks are consistently poorly made at this location. It’s frustrating paying $7 for an espresso drink and receiving chocolate milk with barely any hint of coffee. If Caribou is serious about trying to make a comeback in this area, I would highly suggest they separate from Festival Foods and hire properly trained baristas. The carelessness with respect to quality made drinks gets old.

Wow, probably the most incompetent coffee shop I have ever been to. I ordered a redeye. The kid working had no idea what that was. I said, “ let me get this straight you’re working a coffee shop and you don’t know what a redeye is ?” he responded with, “no?” So I said, “I’ll just have a med. black coffee” and my response was “we don’t serve black coffee.” so I just walked away. I drove to McDonald’s…. They actually know how to make a redeye without questioning.

Lisa, the coffee expert, was very kind and helpful with me. I had difficulty reading the print on the menu and she made me a caramel high rise. Heaven in a cup! I totally recommend her and this establishment. Also, I recommend Festival foods' donuts. Delicious addition to your coffee!

Friendly and helpful with as-always delicious coffee, but slow and disorganized. Both times I’ve been here, not all coffee supplies were kept behind the counter, leading to long waits while a staff member ran to go get what was required.

Best choice with Starbucks union busting. I can't support a coffee chain that doesn't support worker's rights by allowing the workers to unionize.

I prefer over Starbucks & the lady taking my order was patient

Glad I found this, now I've got a new place to get my coffee in the mornings I work on this side of town. Staff is always so helpful and friendly, they encourage me to customize my drinks. Never busy so you can be in and out in a jiffy & since it's inside of a Festival Foods, there's a Ton of variety for your breakfast or lunch.

I like their chai tea latte. I'm not a coffee drinker.

Been doing a few business meeting here. Most were really perfect. Last time in - really really loud - from an employee on her phone. Talking loud, then watching something on high volume! Was super distracting for our meeting. And she sat down right on back of us in a booth. I will try back again - but one more thing like that, especially from an employee, and I will be finding a new place. ;-(

The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is friendly. Highly recommend.
