Gloria Jean's Coffees Southridge Mall

I dont understand why people stand in line at the other coffee shop in the mall. Same quality. Great customer service. Just a little smaller on the second floor.

Forgot my punch card last time I was in and they told me that I could combine the next time I came in. Wanted to combine my cards to get a free one and they said they no longer do that..... WHAT?!?!?! The girl was very rude about it, won't be back here again!

Coffee is always good. Service not so much. Last couple times it was a little unprofessional, young women working made it more about socializing then working

Took 3 sips and threw it out. Coffee was super burnt.

Bandana guy is always awesome and very helpful. Drinks are always tasty.

I had the cafe horchata! It was amazing! I highly suggest this place.

I'm Italian and I like espresso. This espresso is the best espresso ever drink in Milwaukee. Great.

All of their drinks are very delicious especially the chocolatey ones. Would make you want more.

Staff was pushy about selling coffee mugs, I was already buying 4 of them and that was not enough, not a pleasant experience, will think twice before I go back
