Alex and his team are awesome, they always greet you with a smile and make the best drinks.

Cute coffee shop with some neat cups and cookie jars, teas, coffee beans and snacks to look at while your get your coffee. Ordered the red velvet latte and it was delicious!

Being an Aussie in the USA, the first think you notice is just how terrible coffee here. Having a history of easy access to proper Italian coffee growing up it took a while to find something that didn’t taste like percolated dirt! Happily I can say I have found a place. This one! They happily make my off menu flat white (3 shots espresso and steamed flat milk) and it’s ans close to home as I can get. Much better than the cancerous other popular coffee chain!

Don't like coffee so my review is really based on the interactions I've had with the staff. The person outside the store offering coffee is always nice - which is a given considering that's why they're out there - but then when going in the staff didn't seem to really care that I was there or not.

Staff wasn't very nice to me. I was the only one in line and a White guy cut in front of me. They served him anyways. But I tried to be polite and say that he can go first.

The staff looked like they don't want to be there.

There were flies in the pastries and the staff didn't care to close the panel or shoo the fly away, so it sat on the danishes, and the rest.

Never going here again and I also recommend others to NOT go here too. Go to Starbucks, instead which is 3 mins away on Oneida. They're nicer and better there.

They always have great coffee and tea's here! SO MUCH better than Starbucks and they have kind staff.

Large sizes to satisfy your craving. I love the White Chocolate Caramel Cookie Chiller.

The manager Alex is exceptional. He is always friendly and helpful. I order beans in bulk. Alex makes sure they are ground and mixed so that I get 1/2 regular and 1/2 de-caf. Even though I am only in his store a few times a year since we live out of state, he always recognizes me. I won't get my coffee from anywhere else.

the nicest place to get coffee. The staff is amazing. the main man is my favorite coffee shop barista/owner ever. Plus the coffee taste great. I go here almost everyday. I am addicted to their coffee.

Alex and his staff are always super friendly and helpful! I love stopping there before work! My favorite place to stop and get coffee! If you visit Gloria Jeans at Bay Park Square you won't be disappointed!
