Anytime we’re near a Colectivo when traveling in Wisconsin we stop. Cold brew and espresso drinks are all wonderful, I got a greens smoothie and it was great as well. They have a large selection of food and snacks, decent vegan options, and plenty of seating. What really blew my mind was they had five different decaf beans available to purchase. You’re lucky to fine one anywhere else and they’re always (very) dark roast. Their option ranges from medium light to dark. I love the selection. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Loved the Mocha Mexicana and gluten free brownie option. I enjoy every visit here.

I love the colorful fascinating decor! This is an order at the counter kind of coffee shop with wonderful food. Outside dining is available, but NOISY at it is on the main intersection of town. Great coffee. Excellent tea. Always busy with good reason.. I met my husband at this shop so it has a soft spot in my heart.

I loved this place. So cozy.
The food was great!
Why Colectivo does not have more franchises?

I’m visiting from Oakland, CA and this coffee shop reminded me of home. Really great ingredients and locally made food. I had the vegetarian Southwestern Burrito. Typically vegetarian sausage is a miss, but it was super tasty! Note: if you don’t like spicy, this isn’t the dish for you. I also had the iced Hibiscus tea (no caffeine), which was refreshing and had a real depth of flavor. Music was great, atmosphere was fun and welcoming. My favorite spot in the area so far!

Amazing coffee. Good breakfast burrito. Fast service and clean facility.

Short visit but offers pretty much everything that a higher level chain would but in a family-based small business. Local kids working their first jobs which is great and my coffee, medium redeye, was better than the same beverage I regularly buy at the national chains. Honestly. Excellent community center and ambitiously supported by all the tech bells and whistles available these days.

Grafton has 5 coffee spots and along with Colectivo 4 of which are within walking from each other. Colectivo is consistently a solid choice and is close to, if not is, the #1 choice. Always solid coffee options with changing seasonal menu that never fails to please. Cool atmosphere, outdoor fire pit, and great staff add to their appeal. Also one of the best selections of bakery goods to go along with your coffee and and some cool swag if your into that as well!
